Super half-day trip in Grenada with Caribbean Horizons - We stayed at the Sandals Resort and wanted to visit the Rainbow Eucalyptus tree. The concierge at Sandals recommended Caribbean Horizons. We booked a 4 hour island tour. Our Caribbean Horizons guide picked us up at 1pm sharp in a nice vehicle. His name is Ordel. He took us to the tree, the rainforest, and the area where the Mona monkeys reside. After we visited those sites we asked to go to the market to purchase red mangos (with pepper) and hot sauce. Ordel is so nice, so knowledgeable, and so much fun! He is an excellent driver and really endeared us to the Grenada residents and culture. So much fun and it couldn't have been better. We highly recommend Ordel and Caribbean Horizons.

Grenada half day tour - Our tour guide Curt Munroe of Mr Munroe Taxi and Tours [email protected] was recommended to us by friends. He was in contact before the trip confirming the price and details of the tour. He met us at our hotel and was so friendly, we were in a comfortable air conditioned bus and we had opted for a 4 hour tour. He was very knowledgeable and interesting and answered all our questions. We went to Fort Frederick, the Nutmeg Station, Annandale Waterfalls and then Etang Lake all were worth a visit. He also gave us tastings of Rum along the way! We all enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Curt as a guide.

Amazing: truly! - Well…. It started with Dwayne and I having a laugh - we were both wearing Panama hats (don’t forget Dwayne: they come from Ecuador not Panama…). Then our amazing 1/2 day tour in a luxury vehicle began. That man is a font of knowledge and has a wicked sense of humour. I can’t recommend this highly enough. Dwayne took time - no rush, answered all our questions and became a real friend. And yes… he reminded us that this is a ‘team effort’ but his dedication was exemplary. Once we got talking about motorbikes we bonded as brothers…. My wife Anne and I are agreed: this made our holiday

Our tour of Grenada with Reubin Peters. 1-473-415-6700 [email protected] - We went to Grenada on a cruise ship. We wanted to see all the highlights ending with an hour at the beach. Our tour guide of the Isle of spice did not disappoint. Within the amount of time we had off the ship, he took us to all we requested. He came to every stop with us and explained everything. He has a beautiful, clean, air conditioned vehicle and is a very safe driver. He is also extremely friendly and knows many of the islanders. He showed us the lush rain forest with waterfalls. He took us to where they grow the spices on trees. He explained how each one is prepared and what the healing properties are. We were given samples of spices and rums. The rum made here is quite strong. He has been a tour guide for 45 years and will not disappoint. We encourage you to text or email him with the date, time, number of people, and what you would like to see and do. You will be glad you did. Grenada is beautiful!

Grand Etang/St. Margaret’s waterfall hike. - We were so very lucky to take the Grand Etang rainforest hike to St. Margaret’s waterfall with Shawn E departing from sandals Grenada. The trip was great and Shawn made it fun, interesting, informative, safe and all around a perfect day! We saw everything we wanted to and Shawn made sure we saw a Mona monkey, tried local chocolate and rum, all the spices, plants, and history of the island. Shawn made sure we had walking sticks for the hike and guided us safely through the waterfall. Shawn’s enthusiasm was contagious! We have taken tours in many countries and Shawn’s was one of the best ever. For $100 each, it was well worth it. If you are in Grenada make sure you ask for Shawn Edmond for your tour guide!

Amazing tour - We had an amazing day with our tour guide! Denny was so knowledgeable and kind, took great pains to ensure that we got to see all of the island, also he’s a masterful driver. Grenada is a beautiful island and the islanders are wonderful, so kind and generous.

Grand Etang Rainforest Hike and Waterfall Experience with Shawn - My husband and I went on the Grand Etang Rainforest Hike and Waterfall Experience. Shawn was our tour guide and was spectacular! We felt so lucky to be set up with him. He was very knowledgeable and informative about all things Grenada and gave us a lot of cool information, including fun facts about nutmeg, on our drive from our resort to the rainforest. We stopped at St. Margaret's Hikes before we took off on the trail and the owner was so sweet and kind. On our hike, Shawn went in depth about the nature surrounding the rainforest. He took photos and videos of us when we jumped into the waterfall, and made our experience really fun, full of laughs, and we learned a lot. Shawn is the best and we would recommend this tour to anyone that goes to Grenada!

5 stars for Donald! - Our tour guide, Donald, was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging! Which is very important for the educator in me. My boyfriend and I learned so much about Grenada and its history, and we had a lot of fun along the way. I would highly recommend Donald as a tour guide to anyone visiting. He was truly the best!
