Fun in St. Lucia - Our tour guide (Dillon) was a young man in charge! I really got a kick out of him moving people out of the way take pictures of people posing at the different stops on this excursion. For example, at the waterfall, there were many people there and just standing around. He kept the people moving and took great pictures of us. He also did the same at the mud bath stop. He really cared to get great pictures of those in our group.

So much fun, highly recommend. - Marlon and Dhillon were fantastic. We had young children and they were very responsible and mindful. Gave helpful guidance and had a lot of passion when telling us about the island. We were picked up on time at our hotel, taken on a boat tour, then did snorkelling, mud baths and waterfalls. No pressure to stop for lunch. Then some fast boating which the children thoroughly enjoyed while playing song requests and providing drinks for us all. Really helpful with photography and catching the special moments. Their advice was such a time saver. Really recommend this tour.

So much fun and great value! - We had such a great with Marlan and Delan! This tour is incredible value for your money, I highly recommend booking it! We got to see awesome places, including the mud baths and waterfall, and Delan was able to keep our small group ahead of the larger ones so we weren't caught up waiting in lines. Delan and Marlan know all the greatest spots and kept us entertained and happy onboard and off.

Perfection - Besides being late, the excursion was perfect. We visited all sites mentioned with ample amount of time and ample amount of pic taking (I’m a big pic person). The food was absolutely amazing- nice to get “real” taste of the food. Johnny, the tour guide, was friendly, and on point at all times!!!

Highlight of The Vacation - Great experience all around. Shaggy (guide) is extremely friendly and ran the trip smoothly. He is also proactive in taking photos and helps the group avoid big crowds at the stops during the trip.

1.5 thumbs up - Marian and Rasta D were wonderful. We had a great time learning about the island and stopping to snorkel at sugar beach. D was so helpful at the mud springs instructing us on the best way to go about mudding up. The waterfall was beautiful and refreshing after the hot volcanic water. They pick you up by boat to start the tour. We didn’t get that memo and were waiting in the lobby. The only hiccup was a pump breaking on the boat on the way home. They couldn’t drop us off at our resort bc of it and we had to take a taxi to get back. The tour went from 9am-4:15pm so plan for a whole day.

Overall we still enjoy the tour but it could be better - Pros 1) if you stay in the north part of island, want to visit the south part of the island, and don't want to spend long time on the bus, this tour (or any tour provides boat transportation) may be a good choice. 2) the boat we took condition is good. Nothing to complain. The boat driver is polite and helpful. 3) our lunch is at Stone Yard restaurant. It was delicious. Each of us can choose from chicken or fish with several sides. It provides water and juice. 4) sugar beach snorkeling is beautiful! I don't know about snorkeling at other parts of the island, but I would say sugar beach is very good. No strong current. The water is clear and lots fish close to the shore. Cons 1) mini van (taxi) old and no AC on for the whole time. 2) drive in volcano is NOT included in the tour, though it is just located next to the mudbath. During our trip, the waterfall is closed due to weather condition which I totally understand, but I think it is better if we can at least do something else such as visit the drive in vocalno which is just $5 USD. We got plenty of time after all. 2) water is not always provided. For the first part of the trip (before lunch) , you need to bring or buy your own water. The whole group didn't know about it and ended up buying expensive water from the tourism spots. The only drinks available, other than lunch, is on the way back on the boat which is too bumpy to drink. 3) the tour guide is quite welcoming at beginning. I don't know what happened during the trip. His mood changed dramatically. We arrived the mud bath which was the first land spot. He became very impatient and a bit rude. I felt like I'm a little kid and been coached by my teacher. I'm very sure that I am always polite and respectful. I expect respectful attitude should have been mutual. 4) the lack of schedule management. We had some guests act very slow and let the most of the group waiting for them. The tour guide didn't try to manage the schedule since he didn't want to get bad review for rushing his guests. However, it makes other guests wait for long long time. He thinks since we don't have waterfall visit anymore, it is ok for us to wait for the few guests do their shopping or other stuffs. I dint recommend rushing people, but wasting most of people's time is not good as well. Overall speaking, I would recommend choosing private tours or other cheaper boat tours. It is not worth it the price.
