For pick-up at Florence Airport (FLR): After collecting your luggage, you will meet the driver at the meeting point, located outside the arrivals gate. He will be waiting for you with a welcome sign with your name. The driver will help you with your luggage and take you by car to Grotta Giusti, for a comfortable and safe journey.

Note: The driver will monitor the indicated flight. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, your driver will be there when you land.

If you have connecting flights and do not arrive at the scheduled time, your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after landing. After 65 minutes, if he has not met you, he will be allowed to leave and the service will be considered not to have taken place.

If you miss your connection and are unable to meet your driver within 65 minutes, you will need to rebook and pay for the service again to receive a transfer.
