Our driver will be expecting for you right out the passengers exit. He will have a sign with your name or the text of your preference. We are in constant monitoring of our team´s health. The driver will respect social distancing and he will be wearing face mask and shield at all time.

For your own safety, we do NOT operate collective shuttles. A van or a bus is exclusively assigned for the group of passengers you´ve booked, You will NOT share the vehicle with people you don´t know.

Each vehicle is sanitized prior every transportation service. For your peace of mind, our driver might disinfect again in front of you the areas you may have contact with, such as trays, seats, safety belts and handles. . According to Guatemalan laws all passengers must wear face masks on board vehicles and at public areas.

Luggage is handled by many people at any terminal, this might be a source of contagion. The diver will sanitize your lugagge before putting it into the van. Optional, shoe soles may be sanitized as well. Once you´re in the vehicle, hand sanitizer will be always available.

In case of delays, all flights are tracked online, so please make sure to send your flight information.

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
