Great service all around - I contacted Fabio over Whatsapp a couple of months ahead of our Guatemala trip and he was able to arrange everything over a few text messages. He was efficient and responded quickly to all my questions. Apart from the private transfers during the trip, we ended up booking a private birding tour in Los Terrales through Authentic Guatemala. The cars used for the transportation were in excellent condition and were comfortable and spacious. The folks who drove us around - Abel and Wilson were extremely courteous, punctual and accommodating. They made traveling with a 1.5 year old a breeze! The birding tour was amazing. We got to explore the preserve at our pace and our guide Eve was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are grateful to her for showing us around. Fabio checked in on us during the whole trip and really appreciated that - five star service all around!

Definitely recommend! - The driver was already at the airport with a sign and my name on it which was awesome. He was very friendly and made for a smooth ride. He even got out to wait to make sure i got inside the hotel or needed any other help so sweet. Highly recommend.

Good experience - I had a good experience with this private shuttle! The driver was very nice and provided us with information about the city. Did provide us with water as well. When you exit the airport, driver does have a sign with your name and waits for you

Beyond Memsmerizing! Well worth the Hike - The entire hike was amazing! Although we did get a lil drenched towards the afternoon and the beginning was furiously difficult I would do it again in a heartbeat! I would highly recommend the porters as they made my life so much easier on this hike. I would also say bring waterproof or snow rated gear if you attend in rainy season, as i came ill prepared for the summit. However, this is my own quarrel and i will not fault the company as they are the best operators for this specific volcano hike. Shout out alfonso for the delicious food and helping make sure everyone was satisified and enjoying there camping trip.

Great Experience - Fabio and team were easy to communicate and coordinate our trip. Punctual and accommodating. They had infant car seats for us so it saved us on how much we packed. Overall, great experience getting to and from Antigua.

Great Driver - We had the same driver each way to Antigua--a wonderful day. We were ready to leave a bit early and were able to contact our driver easily through his company and get an earlier pickup. We appreciated his flexibility!

Professional and patient - Great trip! We got held up at customs in the airport, but our driver was extremely patient. Waited almost an hour for us after we landed, and still got us to Antigua in time. Good communication.

Very safe - I would say traveling to another country and setting up previous transportation is always tricky and uncertain. I am glad i found Fabio's company. Used it twice and both driver's were Exceptional!
