Wonderful trip - Service was awesome and timely. I accidentally left my water bottle in the car one my way to Antigua and it was returned to me on my trip to Guatemala City. I had two great trips and would definitely book again.

Prompt and courteous service - Our flight was delayed. It was easy to contact them and let them know of our new arrival time. They were waiting outside with our name on a sign when we exited.

Thank you Fabio and Abel! - We arrived at the airport and were greeted by our driver Abel who would be driving is 3 hours out to Lake Atitlan. We barely felt the drive there. Abel was very knowledgeable about all the areas we drove through and made sure we were comfortable the whole way. We ended up requesting Abel be our driver both for our return to Antigua and then to the airport. Abel also made sure we had his Coordinator’s info if we had any other things we’d like to plan. Fabio was very kind and always answered all my questions.

Great service all around - I contacted Fabio over Whatsapp a couple of months ahead of our Guatemala trip and he was able to arrange everything over a few text messages. He was efficient and responded quickly to all my questions. Apart from the private transfers during the trip, we ended up booking a private birding tour in Los Terrales through Authentic Guatemala. The cars used for the transportation were in excellent condition and were comfortable and spacious. The folks who drove us around - Abel and Wilson were extremely courteous, punctual and accommodating. They made traveling with a 1.5 year old a breeze! The birding tour was amazing. We got to explore the preserve at our pace and our guide Eve was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are grateful to her for showing us around. Fabio checked in on us during the whole trip and really appreciated that - five star service all around!

Definitely recommend! - The driver was already at the airport with a sign and my name on it which was awesome. He was very friendly and made for a smooth ride. He even got out to wait to make sure i got inside the hotel or needed any other help so sweet. Highly recommend.

Friends' trip to Guatemala - Our group had a total of seven people. We used the same company driving from Guatemala City's main airport to Antigua and then from Lake Atitlan back to the airport. In order to get in touch with the dispatcher to coordinate our pick up times, I needed to contact Viator customer service to obtain the shuttle company's local phone number (the option to contact the shuttle company via the Viator app was not effective). After I had the phone number and contacted the dispatcher via Whatsapp, communication was overall very good. The dispatcher speaks both Spanish and English. At one point due to weather our driver was delayed and the dispatcher was initially evasive when we tried to clarify his location relative to us and our new ETA. He ultimately, though provided us with this information. For our two trips, we had the same driver. He was unfortunately an hour late each time (thus the three star rating).

Ok ride - The driver was friendly and nice. Ne made stops to check on us and allow us to use the restroom and get snacks because it was a long ride. He spent a lot of time texting on his phone and listening to videos while he was driving.
