- C. Belén 474 - Are you a fan of Mexican cuisine and eager to learn how to make some of the top dishes during your visit to Guadalajara? Join me in a delightful experience set in a charming hostel located in the heart of Downtown, just a few blocks from the Metropolitan Cathedral. We’ll start our adventure at Mercado Alcalde, where we’ll enjoy a light breakfast and shop for ingredients for our chosen menu. Then, we’ll head back to prepare the dishes. To celebrate the first anniversary of this experience in May, I’m offering free access to an audio guide of Guadalajara, featuring over 50 audios that provide brief explanations of the city’s most historical and significant sites. Feel free to ask about the menu options available, including corn tortillas from scratch, meat in its juice, pozole, tamales, drowned cake, stuffed chiles, sopes, and vegetarian and vegan choices. https://youtube.com/shorts/kPWTvXJAdJU?feature=share
