Wonderful! Book now! - Everything was perfect. Don’t delay and book this! You will have so much fun. Raul is the best guide and so knowledgeable. You will go through the city, tunnels, mines, and then the beautiful mountains surrounding Guanajuato. One of the best parts of our trip.

Tour in Cuatrimoto. - This was our second time booking with this agency, very reliable and friendly. Our tour was wonderful we toured the city and climbed the Cerro de la Bufa my family enjoyed it to the fullest and we could take photos/videos with very nice views. Our guide very attentive at all times and explained everything very well and also gave us options of things to do the next day. Our tour was in the morning I recommend to leave for breakfast and take a jacket because with the air if it is cold.

Fun and beautiful. - Awesome trip. A little intimidating driving though the city to begin with, but once you get the hang of it it is fine. Then once you get out of the city the views are amazing and the driving fun. Raul judges your comfort level pretty well and adjusts accordingly. His English is not perfect but we had a Spanish speaker with us and the info he gave was interesting and entertaining. Highly recommend.

Favorite Part of Trip - This was our favorite experience in Guanajuato. We were able to see awesome views of the city and pueblos outside of the city. Our guide was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, having fun, and took great photos for us. This tour is a must.
The only hiccup we experienced was the language barrier. We were able to make do with translation apps on our phone, our basic Spanish, and the guide’s basic English. We did confirm with Viator prior to the tour that the language would be in English so we were surprised (and I think the guide was too). The language barrier did not take away from our experience.

What an incredible experience!!! - We had an absolute blast! The scenery was absolutely beautiful! The weather was perfect. We felt like we were on a safari. Raul was a great tour guide and we felt safe the whole time! He took photos and took great care of us. We even booked him for tour of San Miguel De Allende. I cannot think him enough for the time we had. Highly highly recommend and we will be back to do Hot Air Balloon excursion with him. He’s so knowledgeable and knows the best places.

Four-wheelers - The tour is excellent, as you go with a Guide, the quad bikes were very comfortable and most importantly you go through very nice places, I highly recommend the service they provide.

DID NOT DELIVER, skip this one! - DID NOT DELIVER — Skip This One!
SKIP this tour! We felt completely ripped off—strong words, but a fitting description of the experience.
From the start (Sunday Oct 20, 2024), the tour didn’t match the description provided. We were asked to Uber/Taxi to the meeting point (due to the Cervantino Festival-so we dealt with the traffic going to them rather than the operator), costing us two hours and disrupting our plans. While we were reimbursed for the fare, the time lost was not. Once we met our guide, Efrain, he led us back into town to pick up another person (near our hotel, no less), wasting another 45 minutes. This poor planning left us questioning the professionalism of the operation and the wasted time we spent driving up to them (as well as prepping the ATV's)-was beyond painful.
The tour itself was uneventful and rushed. While Efrain was kind and friendly, he shared little information about the entire excursion. Our first stop lasted only a few minutes(Rayas viewpoint literally 4 minutes to be exact), and beyond that, we didn’t stop at any scenic viewpoints-"knowing the alleys and tunnels, the underground street, the monument to Pípila, the panoramic road that surrounds the city over the hills, the viewpoint of the hill of Las Comadres, the Monte de San Nicolas, La Fragua, the Sierra de Santa Rosa de Lima, Valenciana none of these, although highlighted in the description, were pointed out, or stopped to enjoy and photograph, other than the Rayas viewpoint-so we honestly don't know why they include this in the description-another fail for us, we truly were expecting so much more.
The tour promised a journey through notable trails, but we spent most of the time just following Efrain’s ATV, swallowing dust with no mention beforehand to bring a mask or water (we later improvised with an extra shirt, which helped) when wearing them Goggles were provided but served little purpose. When we did pause to take photos, it was only because we insisted. As for an exploration of the underground tunnels and street, although I did mention we would prefer this to be less than 50% of the tour (due to the city being quite crowded with the festival) and agreed that 20% of the time be dedicated to this segment we had ZERO engagement with this part other than the drive to pick up the other person and the drive back to our drop off)
While a sunset view was important to us, it seemed to be the only focus, with the rest of the tour hurried to fit it in. For the rushed and limited experience we received, to basically see a sunset, $50 would have been more fitting fee for this tour, not the full price of $249 we paid.
Upon sharing these concerns, the operator offered only a “mystery discount” on a future booking—which we doubt we’ll ever use. We’re now requesting a full refund and will update this review accordingly based on the outcome. For now, if you’re looking for a tour that lives up to its promises, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
