Guanajuato above and below ground - We really enjoyed our tour of Guanajuato’s tunnels and subterranean streets with Roberto and got a much better understanding of how the city was constructed. Roberto was a delight, providing us with just the right amount of history, personal stories and anecdotes and humor. We would thoroughly recommend this tour! A great use of 3 hours.

Excellent guide and tour! - Alex was an excellent guide! He was so knowledgeable about Mexican history and also entertained us with folklore and ghost stories! He also modified the trip slightly for us when we indicated we had already done part of what he planned to show us. Excellent tour all around!

Don’t Miss This Tour - Our tour guide, Alex Puga, was a gem - a wealth of knowledge about Guanajuato and the history of Mexico and very professional in every respect. If you are going to Guanajuato, you definitely should take a morning and do this tour. It will open your eyes to the wonderful history of this town, it’s art, it’s architecture and it’s political past. Thank you, Alex.

Estigo Tours is Great - We have used Estigo Tours several times with great success. This was our first trip to Guanajuato and we LOVED IT! It's such a fun amazing town! Out tour guide was friendly, full of interesting knowledge, patient with our group and has a genuine love of the city which you can feel. As I mentioned, we've used Estigo Tours in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico City and now Guanajuato and they've never missed a beat, never the slightest hiccup and all their employees have been great to work with. Highly recommended.

Great afternoon, great guide - Pedro at Estigo tours was extremely polite and professional. Great communication throughout the entire booking process and the tour. Roberto our guide was amazing. He had such a deep knowledge and passion for the city and it's history that it was infectious. Walking the city, with a knowledgeable guide brought the cities history to life. A statue was no longer just a statue, but a living breathing remnant of the past. Roberto had a tremendous amount of knowledge about not just Guanajuato and it's past, but the entire History of Mexico and it's Independence . We were so glad we booked this tour!

Interesting and Informative Tour with Roberto! - We were in Guanajuato for a few days for a wedding and wanted to learn about the local culture. We booked Estigo Tours on a recommendation from the bride and schedule it about a week in advance. Roberto was our guide and he gave us an incredible tour that hit all the highlights! He was very knowledgeable about the area, spoke excellent English and answered all of our questions. Roberto helpfully took photos for us and made local recommendations for restaurants, bars and street food. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Guanajuato! It's especially helpful to go on your first day to help acclimate you to the area for the rest of your trip. Be sure to bring good walking shoes because there is a LOT of walking. The tour takes every minute of the 3 hours it advertises and you are on your feet the whole time. Roberto also suggested we could take the funicular up to Monumento Al Pipila and the best overlook of the city, so bring 30 pesos per person and be sure to ask if you are interested in doing that!
