Our tour guide Moses was... - Our tour guide Moses was awesome. He was very knowledgable and friendly. It is a beautiful place and very relaxing, educational tour.

Great day in the jungle! - We thoroughly enjoyed the aerial tram and saw a sloth, toucan and numerous blue morpho butterflies. Our guide in the van on the way there and the guide on the tram and around the grounds were both great

Nice, easy going 6 hour trip from San Jose - Tram ride was very nice. Our guide, Moises, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. We saw a couple of birds, but no other wildlife on the tram. We did see the very lush rain forest. Walking around the park we saw the frogs and snakes and butterflies in the caged exhibits. The lunch buffet was quite good and dining area picturesque.

Great experience in the rainforest - Jonathan was a great tour guide very knowledgeable and friendly, I’ll definitely go back in the near future for another great excursion and I’ll be trying the zip line

Excellent guide Hector. - The Ariel trolley and the guide who narrated and explained eloquently. A trip worth it’s value. Would recommend you take this tour and the company attends to its customers. Great weather.

Loved the tour and Pablo... - Loved the tour and Pablo our guide was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The only downside was timing. We were picked up at our hotel exactly on time but when I signed up for the tour it stated we would be back to our location by 4pm. We had a meeting to attend at 5 pm so I felt the timing would be fine. We were not back to the hotel until 5:30 and missed our commitment. I would not have signed up if I knew this ahead of time. This was a group tour and there were five different hotels we had to drop folks off before we got to our destination. In the future I recommend you do not put a return time unless you plan to keep to the time frame. I don’t think I would sign up for a group experience again as so much time was spent traveling to so many hotels.On the positive side our guide was excellent and very attentive to the group and I enjoyed the park and tram ride.

Wonderful Rainforest - Overall it was a great experience. Seeing the rain forest up close and personal is a must see! James was an amazing guide and we learned a lot. The only reason it’s not 5 star is the wait time. If you go with someone who is doing a different tour you have to wait to be brought back together. We waited over 2 hours for one person. Then caught A LOT of traffic back. It ended up being a 11 hour day that was suppose to be 6. But as I stated earlier the experience was great but the description is misleading with the time, they should note if we are doing different tours or pick up people based on the tours they are doing.

Relaxing in the Forest - Our guide showed us around with an enthusiasm that really drove our impression of the overall experience. The cable card ride over and through the forrest was very relaxing. There wasn't a ton of wildlife, but it was nice and you feel the ecosystem around you. The exhibits with butterflies, snakes, frogs, and orchids were a little lack-luster. The hummingbird field was the one highlight that turned out to be good. It was just an area with lots of flowers, but they definitely were working as hummingbird attractants.

Great wildlife - Unfortunately, after we arrived the tram broke down and we were not able to take the ride up into the cloud forest which was the reason we booked this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. And we saw a tapir which is quite unusual. It was within 7' of us and did not seem to be bothered by us. The butterfly tent was great and we also saw a sloth. We were reimbursed 100% of the cost of this adventure due to the tram breakdown.
