Into the Heart of the Rainforest

As a surfer, I’m always chasing the perfect wave, but this time, I decided to trade the ocean’s roar for the whispers of the rainforest. My wife and I found ourselves in Guapiles, Costa Rica, ready to embark on a journey through the lush, vibrant world of the Braulio Carrillo National Park. The promise of vast biodiversity and the allure of the unknown drew us in, and we were not disappointed.

Our day began with a hearty breakfast, fueling us for the adventure ahead. We boarded the aerial tram, which offered a gentle introduction to the rainforest’s canopy. The tram ride was a serene experience, gliding above the dense foliage, with the morning mist still clinging to the leaves.
