Great all-around tour - The ziplining was great. The staff were more helpful and reassuring than past ziplining experiences. I felt safe. As far as how extreme it was I would put it at moderate. The last zipline was the best. The gondola canopy tour was nice and I learned quite a bit through our guide. The guides were very personable and knowledgable. The food was very tasty as well.

An amazing zipline and tram tour! - This tour is amazing! The zip line was so much fun and the tram was a great way to see the jungle. Thank you Rainforest Adventures for being flexible with the day as our luggage didn’t arrive so they let us come a few days later. The zip line guides were amazing and our tram guide, Marvin, was so knowledgeable and you could tell he loved giving tours. Thank you Rainforest Adventurers!

Worth every penny - Everything was exceptional. The guides were incredibly knowledgable. The zip lines were very fun. It began raining in the middle of the tram ride, and we could see each individual leaf dance as if they were waving at us. I accidentally left my phone in the shuttle van and the driver had it returned to me within 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Fun tour and excellent guide - Had a great time on this trip. Easy to do from San Jose, zip line had amazing views, and the cable car was a great, relaxing way to see the rainforest. Marvin the nature guide was especially good!

Fun ziplining experience - It was my first time doing ziplining and I am afraid of heights. The tour guides, especially Marcos, were absolutely wonderful at explaining everything and making me feel safe. Ziplining was a great experience and definitely the highlight of the tour for me but the ride in the aerial tram was also enjoyable and very relaxing. We were able to observe a capuchin, an anteater and a sloth as well as several species of birds. The walking part of the tour was unfortunately short but worth it for the close up look at the colourful frogs. We even saw a small iguana at the end. The only thing that could have been improved was the experience driving there and back. The driver did not interact with us at all and it was a long drive. In spite of that this was a great experience that I would definitely recommend.

It is not a good option - I expected more from this tour. It says 6 in 1 and I only saw 4 activities, unless you count the transfer and food they would complete the 6. The zip lines are very good (the most redeeming thing); orchids, butterflies and very rare amphibians and reptiles. The cable car, well, you can practically only see vegetation, even though there was a guide, you could hear birds but I couldn't even see any, a sloth turned around that I couldn't see well either. The guides are very friendly but only the zip lines are really worth it

Zipline great rest wasn’t great - Being slightly out of season, and on a weekday, we arrived, and we’re one of probably only a dozen visitors to rainforest adventures. I was made to wait 45 minutes after my pick up time for my ride to pick me up, and there were still stops after me to make. Bus driver drove wildly, at high rates of speed on winding roads, tailgating terribly. We finally arrived at the park, and were then told we needed to pay for lockers to put our things in. He had to pay an extra deposit in case you lost the key as well and it’s a teeny tiny little key on a tiny little ring. Ended up having to tie it to my shoelace to try not to lose it. The zip lining experience was terrifying, but exceptional, one of the guides, Marcus was very knowledgeable and explain things well, and as it got to be well into the 90s, with 90% humidity and so hot, he arranged for a vehicle to take us between stations at one point to avoid a hike. I would give two thumbs up for the zip lining experience. There was a professional photographer there to capture moments of the zip lining, which was nice, and he did take good pictures, but it is $40 to buy the thumb drive so you can get copies of those pictures.. From there we took the aerial tram, which was really quite boring and so slow and stopped often, it hardly moved at all, and the guy made some bird calls and pointed out some flowers, but was not very well-versed in the plants, animals, or butterflies out there. Are we really saw was a couple of spiders. So we sat in the tram for about an hour and 10 minutes, it’s a sweltering heat and it really wasn’t worth it. After that, we had a Casado, lunch with rice and beans, and some vegetables, and a choice of chicken or beef, and ice tea for lunch. If you wanted beer or some thing else to drink, you could pay five or six dollars for that. The portions were generous , although it was so hot and no one ate very much. Then we were waiting around more for two other people in our party to do their to her, the three others that were on the tour were so set up and not wanting to have to ride back with a bus driver that they paid $65 and had the front desk call them another private transit to take them back to the city. I was quite envious as I had to wait around a long time to get the bus back. Did a quick look at the butterflies there were very few of those, and looked at the snakes and frogs in their little aquariums. I did that alone, as the other couple was still eating or resting or something And the tour wasn’t ready. Then I just sat alone at the front waiting for it to be over. I think we only started to head back to the city a little after three because it started to pour rain. It was the same bus driver, and it was a terrifying ride through the torrential rain back to the city and took more than an hour and a half to get back to my hotel.

Not what it is advertised - This is not 6 physical activities to do. Started my day getting on the tour bus at 645 am, which was told to meet at 720 am. That's fine with me. Got to the destination 3 hrs later. Zipline was fun! Also did an aerial tram that was ok. Ate lunch at the facility that was a limited buffet type setting, then after you could walk to the nature area see butterflies and sloths. The sloths you could not see up close as they were in a cage, lights were off, and in a locked larger cage. Then we all met up at 330 pm, to get back on tour bus, by 830 I was STILL on the bus, no drinks or restroom, all of us were upset, tired, hungry and thirsty, I chose to get off at the next stop available, take an Uber back to my place. After talking with the tour guide, he agreed, understood and was frustrated too. If I would of stayed on, I would of not gotten back to my original drop off location till after 10 pm. Staff was great but this tour was NOT.
