• Oinoe La Città del Vino - Initially, we began with a few thousand bottles and 20 hectares of land. Since then, we have more than doubled both, consistently prioritizing quality. By blending experience, tradition, and innovation, we craft exceptional wines that remain true to their essence.

From the outset, our distinctive feature has been the use of very low quantities of added sulphites, significantly below legal limits, with the exact amount clearly stated on our labels. Alex’s sensitivity to sulphites has motivated us to minimize their use, ensuring enhanced consumer protection.

Every stage of our production is meticulously managed, from sustainable soil preparation and gentle trimming to manual harvesting. Grapes are carefully selected, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with precise temperature and oxidation control.
