Beautiful Trip with a Wonderful Human Being - Rene is a wonderful human being and we felt lucky to be able to spend an afternoon out on the water with him. He is knowledgeable, personable, kind and generous. My girlfriend and I were not sure exactly what to expect from this experience, but it is very much what you make it. If you want an afternoon of relaxing on a sailboat while enjoying the beautiful landscape and waters of Guatape, you will find that here. But we were very much interested in learning as much as possible during our time with Rene and he was more than happy to teach us. We enjoyed every single second of this experience and we are confident that we will book another trip with Rene when we are able to get back to Guatape.

Best activity of our trip - This was one if the best experiences of our trip. Don’t miss it. Rene is an amazing guy who is super friendly and very knowledgeable about sailing. The boat is in great shape and the location is superb. Rene was so good with my girlfriend and really made learning fun and easy for her. He really made us feel like part of his family. I’m so glad we went sailing while we were in Guatape.

Rene made Lake Guatape seem like a dream! - Rene was more than a pleasure to sail with. He was punctual and very knowledgeable about the lake and the local history. He had some great fruits, great Colombian beer and most importantly a tidy and fun boat!

Must do while in Guatape! - This was a great tour with an excellent tour guide! Rene we'll teach you about sailing and the history of the lake. He is also a sailboat instructor if you're interested in taking classes. You'll sail through the lake for a couple of hours, and Rene provides fruits, snacks, water and beer if you like! It's a very relaxing get away from everything. This is must do while in Guatape. I recommend it for all travelers!
