- 1 A Calle 23-30 - Enjoy a 2.15-hour buffet of relaxing experiences. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with coffee and a fresh natural drink (10 min). Start with a 30-minute yoga class designed for all levels, complete with a mat and sweat towel. Next, engage in 10 minutes of relaxing breaths to restore oxygen levels in your blood, leaving you feeling light. The highlight is a 5-minute therapeutic ice water immersion to relieve tension, reset dopamine levels, and boost well-being. Depending on group size, this activity may take 45 minutes. Wear whatever makes you comfortable: shorts, swimsuits, t-shirts. A body towel will be provided for drying off. Conclude with a 35-minute guided meditation session to relax your mind, led by certified technicians. A light snack, such as sandwiches, sweet bread, or savory treats, will be provided.
