Excellent option to enjoy with the family - We did very well! The guys in Tikal go very attentive from start to finish. From air tickets, transfers, guide in the park and lunch. We felt very well taken care of, we had no inconvenience. I can only say it is a wonderful experience!!!

Inolvidable Tikal - All the staff were very professional, Fernando looked for us punctual to Antigua accommodation and we were transferred to the airport where everything was ready.
Our guide Natanael is an excellent ambassador of Guatemalan culture, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Tikal is an impressive city and lunch was delicious. We had time to explore and also get to know a bit of Flores.
This tour is worth every quetzal we spend! Thank you!

Excelent tour operator - We are travel agents and had been struggling to get a decent tour operator in Guatemala. All took ages to answer, weren+t formal. We came up to TikalGo and sent some clients and came ourselves to try out their services. FAN-TAS-TIC. Super organized, formal, their guides, suggested hotels, tours, everything was top-notch. I cannot recommend them enough.
Only drawback was the informail airlines in the domestic flights, but that is hardly TikalGO's fault.
Guatemala is a beautiful, beautiful place and TikalGO makes sure you get the most out of it. I know a lot of people take the backpacking approach to "banana republics" in central america. Splurging for a better trip is 100% worth it .

Tikal with the best tour guide ever - Nathanael - My husband and I visited Tikal by taking a shirt flight from Guatemala City to Flores. From Flores , we were greeted by our tour guide and driver , Nathanael and Melvin who drive us from the Flores airport into Tikal. Nathanael was very kind and speaks excellent English and Spanish. The drive was comfortable and interesting to observe the common life of the people living there on the way. The tour of Tikal was an experience of a life time. We were lucky to have gone during a slow season and have what felt like the whole plaza to ourselves. Nathanael shared a wealth of knowledge. He is very smart and can you tell you not only about the rich history but even identify the sounds of the forest animals. We were very impressed and genuinely enjoyed our time with him. Highly recommend this experience and with Nathaniel and Melvin. Thank you for a great time !

Top-rated - We did the tour at dawn and it was an extraordinary experience. Nathaniel and Johnny, were our Guide and Driver respectively and were excellent. Very responsible and attentive.

They are not recommended, they forgot about us and did not pick us up at the start of the tour. - We booked the tour from Antigua city. They left us at the hotel and didn't come looking for us!! They did not check in the flight and it was oversold! We should have reached Flores by our own means.
The person responsible for the company did not show up at the airport to resolve the problem once they arrived in Flores.
In view of our strong unease, we were offered minimal compensation that was not at all in keeping with the bad time we were put through. Can you believe that even they didn't deliver!!! The small and symbolic compensation never came! UNA VERGUENZA. THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED.
