Join me for an unforgettable asado experience in Mendoza! My rooftop terrace was already enjoyed by more than 100 people. It offers stunning views and a warm atmosphere that will make you feel at home. Using the traditional Argentinian method, I’ll grill mouthwatering meat with wood, infusing it with smoky flavors that will transport you to gastronomic bliss.
Beyond the food, we’ll share stories, engage in conversations, and create lasting connections. Learn to make empanadas and discover the world of our beloved Argentina. You’ll meet fellow travelers, exchange tales, and gain insights into different cultures.

You need this asado in your life - Fede,
Thank you for being an amazing host.
I have traveled the globe and not one time have I ever found a more welcoming and entertaining person. The food you prepared will haunt my memory for years to come. The care and love you put into every piece is unmatched. Everything you served from the wine, to the beer, to the various meats in the asado was perfectly paired.
You are a gifted winemaker, a gifted chef, a gifted brewer, and more than anything you are someone I hope to consider my friend in the years to come.
If you are considering a night out and this is on your list, it is a must-do. The views, the people, and the food are exquisite. Missing this would be a travesty. Should you have the delight of meeting his lovely bride you will be a better person for having done so.

Amazing - Amazing dinner and experience. Beautiful rooftop to eat delicious empanadas and asado and drink beautiful wine, and amazing hospitality from the host. Would highly recommend.

Unique Experience =) - This experience with Fede was so much more than we could have expected. From the start, even before we met, he was very flexible, helpful, and communicative. Once we got to his place, he had everything set up for us on the rooftop. It was quite chilly, but he had a large heating lamp, so we were comfortable. He immediately offered us drinks, and we got to talking. It really felt like we were living in Argentina and meeting a friend for dinner at their place. He explained all about the food, wine, culture, etc. all while he taught us how to make empanadas/asado. He really let us take the lead as well. We weren't sitting and watching him do everything. He had us build and light the fire, shape the empanadas, and season the meat. We were 2 girls traveling on our own and a little apprehensive, but we felt very safe and at ease the entire time. It's been a couple weeks since we've been back home and I just hosted a dinner party with the empanadas Fede taught me to make. Everyone loved them! 10 out of 10, would highly recommend for a truly unique and intimate experience.

Delish Asasdo with a great Host! :) - Fede is the perfect host! Polite, friendly, attentive and fun, all that and a great cook! He welcomes you in his home as if you are his old time friend, you immediately feel comfortable. His cooking skills are spot on, perfect Asado, great wine (produced by Fede himself!), and a fun activity by making your own empanadas! Dessert is to die for! Perfect closure to a perfect evening! This experience is one of a kind, with a great host, you have to do it if you're in Mendoza! Thank you, Fede!

Fun and culinary finale in Mendoza - "We will remember this evening for a long time. Our host took us to his heart immediately and gave us a very good introduction to grilling, baking, etc. His warm and interested manner made the whole evening relaxed and pleasant. We were quickly able to laugh together and talk about our life situations. The best thing about the evening, besides Fede, was the incredibly good food. Every dish was well thought out and tasty, especially in combination with his own wine."

Delicious food in beautiful setting with great company - My boyfriend and I joined Fede for a lovely evening on his rooftop. It felt like going round to a friend’s for an evening ‘asado’ (we soon learnt what this was!). Fede is relaxed, warm and involved as a host, while also being so informative about local culture and got us involved in each stage of the process. We had some great discussions over really delicious food and Fede’s own wine. Highly recommend. Thank you Fede!

A fantastic experience - if you are curious about Argentinian life, food and culture just book an evening with Fede. - Writing this review of our time with Fede the morning after and with a slightly sore head - the type you get after a lovely evening catching up with an old friend over a glass or two (bottle!) of wine and some great food. Because that is what you get if you book this experience.
You are invited into Fede’s home with such a warm welcome, seated up on the rooftop terrace, given a drink and from there the evening flows… He is an amazing host, interesting storyteller, great listener and Asardo master. We talked about life, love, politics, food, culture and dogs (he has 4 lovely small dogs). Such an interesting guy to spend time with.
I would have been 100% happy with just his company , however he also produced the most amazing dinner, guiding us to make our own Empanadas, explaining Asardo and then cooking the most amazing meats over the fire. A sublime dessert to finish with. All accompanied by wine he produced himself.
If you like something different and really like understanding/learning about other people and cultures this is the experience for you. Thank you Fede for a brilliant evening.

A fun evening out - Fede is an engaging and interesting host. He encourages participation and prepares a delicious Asado meal on his rooftop. He is also an accomplished winemaker. We enjoyed meeting his lovely wife Roxanna, their one year old baby Simon and their four dogs. All and all a gracious experience.
