The resort is the highest settlement on the Georgian Military Road at the altitude of 2000 m. Skiers of all levels can find impressive opportunities for slalom, giant slalom, and downhill skiing, and even the world famous heli-skiing. Here, the mountain slopes are covered with snow 4-5 months, from December to late April. The highest point of the resort is Mount Sadzele - 3307 m above the sea level. The summit Kudebi (3007) is another popular destination, because one can ski basically from any side of the mount, 360 degrees.
