Guided ebike tour - Despite the weather, tour was very nice and fun. Guide was understanding and inspiring us. He chosed places to go based on our skill and riding ability. Different types of terrain, single track, with rocky and rooty sections. Trails covered with slippery clay. Thumbs up! 👍

Unexpectedly brilliant - I booked this ride, but they upgraded me to the level 2 ride at no extra charge. Marcos was brilliant! Very friendly and encouraging. He let the group know what to expect throughout the day and changed the ride based on the trail conditions. Marcos also took loads of photos, which he shared at the end of the day. After riding with Freeride Madeira on another day, there is no contest between the companies. Freeride felt impersonal and the guide barely spoke to us. Freeride didn't adjust the ride based on trail/weather conditions, so it turned into a terrifying ride. I will definitely book E-bike Madeira next time!

Great day out! - We were originally booked on for the Wednesday but due to the weather we were notified in plenty of time that i was cancelled. Was offered to swap onto another day or a refund, we swapped onto the Thursday. Met at the shop, signed paperwork then was transported to the start point. Our guide Pedro was brilliant, we knew with the weather the night before it would be wet and muddy. The guide gave clear instructions at points where it was really boggy with mud to keep you safe. The EBikes were in great condition, i always find when you go on “bikes” you get a bike where something is wrong or they not quite fixed it properly, here the bikes are well maintained and the electric assist was perfect and simple to use. We stopped at points and Pedro gave some us some info on some of the nature which was interesting but didnt labour on too much, timings was perfect. 100% recommend - as long as you can comfortably ride a bike, this little off roading is doable for all abilities.

Fun, varied & great e-bike experience - A really positive experience despite the weather! Booking was simple via what’s app & the shop was easily found. We had Nelson as our driver & Marcos as our guide. The ride was altered to try and make the most of the weather. We had varied tracks, forests, trails & some single tracks plus a great downhill on road to the beach at the end. A stop at a local bar/restaurant was very welcome & gave us a chance to taste some local drinks/food. I am not as confident on my bike as my husband but Marcos chose a good route so my husband could go faster & enjoy the thrills whilst I could enjoy the scenery & stay intact. I think Marcos knew every rock, root & bend on the route. I felt very safe with him. An excellent ride & probably even better in the sunshine. Thank you.

Go for it! Great experience ! - We strongly recommend E-bike Madeira. We booked the e-enduro tour with them and had an amazing day in the Poiso area. Marcos as our guide and Nelson as our driver were a great team. Marcos was able to exactly assess our level and brought us to the trails that were just perfect for our level (blue and light red). Challenging but still feasible. We were so lucky to be just the 2 of us and it was never a question to cancel so we had like a private tour. For lunch, they brought us to a super local place where the host Maria was very nice and showed us all the meals to help us select. The price for lunch was super cheap, while the food was tasty. Lunch was a great opportunity to hear some local tips on things to do and restaurants from Marcos and Nelson and we tried them and this was all super worth it! During the ride, Marcos was super caring, regularly asking how we were feeling and also giving technical tips to improve and advice on how to pass obstacles. We rode a lot during the day and were so happy about the experience that we are now going for another day :-) Overall great experience so don't hesitate to book this, you won't be disappointed. They can guide you to the right experience based on your level so that it fits as the Madeira trails are offering possibilities for all levels (it was very easy to book via email for the first day and Sergio was very responsive. For our next improvised additional day, Sergio was very responsive on whatsapp and was able to offer options fitting with our time table and preference.

Great day on E-Bike in Madeira - My guide Marco and I had a great day on the trails. I had great pleasure and enjoyment. I highly recommend it.

That one must assemble a more homogeneous group. - When it came with a young boy, who we had to take into account, the trip became little challenging for us. The course selection chosen by the guide was boring, and the guide was pleasant and professional.

Scammers - I booked a mtb experience that should have been 30-40km until 3-4pm. The itinerary began with a Levada walk and continue until their shop in Funchal. But we took a small walk 20km and they said it’s done. When I asked them that i paid for another itinerary they changed the description from the listing. So I don’t recommend them!
