Super tours and bike providers - We have booked 3 tours with e-bike Madeira. All tours were super organized. Nice contact in the store and our tour guides Marcus and Marco supervised us and led us to cool trails. They also adapt themselves to each guest so that everyone gets their money's worth. Depending on your skill level, the tour will be adapted. We will book our tours through E-Bike Madeira again at any time. They also have a good e-bike fleet with enough battery power. 👍🏻

Wonderful Experience!! - We did an eMountain Bike tour of the local mountains with Marcos and Nelson, and thoroughly enjoyed it! They picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the starting point way up in the hills.
The van is new and comfortable. The Cannondale eMountain bikes are in great condition with a powerful motor and a long lasting battery.
Marcos is an excellent leader and understood the capabilities of our group which influenced his choice of trails to take us on. We saw some amazing views and rode on a few Levada trails in the forest.
Nelson drove the van and met us at various checkpoints to ensure we were all good. They are the nicest guys!
We stopped for lunch at this wonderful cafe with authentic Portuguese food. There’s no set menu. You get what they made that day. Fantastic food!
We highly recommend them for eMountain biking! You’ll love it!

Excellent value, stunning scenery and glorious fun. Happy to repeat the entire day. - Booking process via messages with Paolo was so easy and highly efficient (even last minute) and we were only asked to pay at the end of the tour. Our supreme guide, Marco, was extremely pleasant, entertaining and deeply knowledgeable - not only of trails options but also aspects about the island. He led us along a mixed 40km route consisting of on-road and off-road surfaces, which suited our capabilities and confidence. This included lush levada routeways, prairies, public paths and quiet [almost vacant] roads. The quality of e-bikes was superb and comfortably easy to control/balance. No hard exercise was required - eBikes effectively remove all the hills! Along the route, Marco took >80 photos/videos and transferred those to us as a glorious memento without charge. We would have been happy to repeat the entire day. Excellent value, stunning scenery and glorious fun! Humble Scots express our deep thanks.

Highly recommended e-bike tour - Great experience. Bikes were well prepared and fun to ride. Route was varied and with beautiful views. Guide was highly experienced and took a lot of care to keep everyone safe whilst giving us a great time.

Enduro Ebike-Tour guided by the mountains of Madeira - We were on holiday this August 2024 in Madeira and I could not let go take a guided Ebike tour through the mountains, I had already read that they were amazing , both the trails / singles tracks and the environment and I DID NOT DISAPPOINT !!!!
They left me an Ebike Mondraker geometry of Enduro and protections, both helmet and knee pads and we made the guided tour with PEDRO, I had a great time, explained in detail each track as it should be done passes have a great time and so it was.
In the second part of the day I was left alone with PEDRO since the other companions had already tired, they didn't seem to have much experience in mountain bike and I don't think much of ENDURO either, so I could enjoy with PEDRO to the fullest and so he taught me better the tracks. I had one scare and another, crashing into some tree, some bad-faced DROP, the normal when you do this activity, but I arrived whole and without any broken bones at the end of the day and took a stunning memory of MADEIRA and its mountains. I will repeat again when this wonderful island returns.
THANK YOU SO MUCH TO PETER FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND FOR MAKING ME ENJOY THIS STUNNING TOUR OF THE TRAILS OF YOUR ISLAND, I WILL REPEAT AGAIN.

disappointment - Too few mountains and "single tracks", too many regular asphalt roads. We were given electric bikes but we were practically going downhill all the time. Not very varied route. Very low level of difficulty - it looks like I made the wrong choice but I couldn't find enough information in the description of this event. Too many breaks - something that was supposed to last 6 hours can be done in 3 hours.

Scammers - I booked a mtb experience that should have been 30-40km until 3-4pm. The itinerary began with a Levada walk and continue until their shop in Funchal. But we took a small walk 20km and they said it’s done. When I asked them that i paid for another itinerary they changed the description from the listing. So I don’t recommend them!
