The drive takes about 2 hours, ensuring arrival at the terrace field before 11:00. The Longsheng Terraced Rice Fields, initially developed during the Yuan Dynasty by the Zhuang and Yao minority groups, continue to be cultivated by these communities. The rice terraces are constructed on mountain slopes, winding around the hillsides. The Longji terraced fields are a highlight of any Guilin tour and rank among the top 12 scenic spots in Guangxi Province. After the tour, you will be returned to your hotel in Guilin around 17:00.
