Delicious - We had a small group (another family and us). Visit to the market was interesting, but not necessary to the cooking lesson. Provided a sober understanding of the variety of animals consumed and the handling of them. The class was great. We prepared 5 different dishes in different styles and atet hem for lunch. All was done with a lot of patience and much fun. A unique and fun experience.

A bit disappointing - We were promised a four hours course, including a visit to the local market to explore the possible ingredients. In fact, it was shorter. The visit to the market was fast and the guide spoke quietly so not everyone could hear her and relate. The cooking itself was mainly wok frying, no dumplings, no noodles or rice or anything too complicated. It was a nice experience, not more. I actually expected more. And it was a bit expensive.
