A memorable experience - It was a memorable experience. Friendly group and tour lead, beautiful landscape, access to special aboriginal sites and art. Having an aboriginal person with the tour was great. He welcomed and answered our many questions. The road is bumpy and corrugated (choose a seat in the front if you suffer back-pain or are prone to motion sickness). It is hot also hot in NT (drink a loooot of water) but it is all worth it.

A great experience. - My wife and I really enjoyed the tour. Seeing the Rock art, and hearing the stories behind the drawings was special, and educational. Tim and Sean were excellent. Getting to the drawings was harder than we anticipated, but as there was no rush, we completed the tour without incident. Highly recommended.

Authentic and beautiful - The landscape is beautiful and our time on Injalak hill with our Arnhem land guide Roland was really interesting and fun. So many rock art caves to explore. Then the view at the top!! I'm so glad I went on this tour and Tim our guide was friendly and informative. You need to be agile to do this tour and while most of it is in the shade there are short periods in the heat of the day when climbing the hill.

Incredible insights and experience - We had an incredible experience on this tour. Tim was lovely and organised everything so well (including a wonderful lunch), and our Aboriginal guide, Roland, was so knowledgeable and generous in all he shared, we learnt so much from him. We recommend this experience very highly.

Amazing rock art and cultural experience - After all guests were collected (max 17) we headed off and crossed the Cahills crossing and then very bumpy corrugated roads. First, a visit to Injaluk Arts Gallery and toilet stop where you can view and purchase some amazing local art or weaved baskets. Morning tea was then provided and we all made our own lunch wraps with a great variety of foods that were provided along with refreshing cold iced water to refill your bottles. Then a bit further down the road we stopped again to climb up to the rock art galleries at Injaluk Hill which were of amazing quality. Lots of opportunity to stop and take photos in the shade and ask questions and lots of rock scambling. Lunch on top of the hill in a rock cave with our local guide Shaun who provided a lot of information about his culture and the rock art. This was a culturally beautiful experience where you can feel very connected to the land and its local people. The day is not scripted due to so many variables that may occur, however it was fabulous and highly recommend.

Excellent experience - We did the trip today with Tim and Roland. It was one of our best experiences and we enjoyed the entire day immensely. Roland was an excellent guide. He was able to share his knowledge really well and he was very considerate when leading the group up to the various galleries over the sometimes demanding terrain. Next time we are up here I’ll definitely look to do another trip with these guys.

Extraordinary, Incredible and Breathtaking! - This is one of the most extraordinary and memorable tours we have ever experienced. Tim and Seb are the dynamic duo and are amazing! Experiencing part of Arnhem Land with this tour enhanced our knowledge of the area and we also learnt about the local Indigenous culture, traditions and history. The walk into and up the escarpment, and climbing over the rocks was wonderful. And Seb inspired anyone with any doubts. Walking in the footsteps of Seb’s family was very special as he is an incredible story teller and proud custodial owner of his land. It also made you feel very connected to this land. Sharing family stories and viewing the rock art was some of the best we’ve ever seen. Lunch was fabulous and plenty to go around. And after reaching the top of the escarpment lookout, the view of the floodplains was stunning and extraordinarily beautiful, and it took my breathe away! We also made a visit to the Injalak Arts and Crafts centre which had incredible paintings and crafts. This experience will stay with us forever. If there’s one tour not to miss out on, it is definitely this one. It was simply incredible!!

a very unique day, spectacular sights - the climb up the hill was a bit challenging on a very very hot day, but very doable as long as you paid attention to your footing. the rock art was the most amazing thing I have seen. so many thousands of years of history in these hills and rocks. the aboriginal guide was great and we learned a lot. the host/guide was great... I thought the lunch needed some sanitary considerations because the lunch was not set out with clean hands and lids were taken off too soon and insects soon descended. lunch prep needs much improvement.
