  • Jai Vilas Palace - Visit the most beautiful palace in Gwalior, “The Jai Vilas Palace.” This palace also functions as a museum spread over 35 rooms, featuring the Chitrangada Raje Art Gallery and a library with more than 5,000 books. It is especially renowned for its grand Darbar Hall, adorned with golden and gilded carvings and tresses. This vast room is 100 ft. high and 50 ft. wide, and includes a collection of swords from the times of Shah Jahan and Aurangzeb, as well as the original Dhal (shield) of freedom fighter Rani Laxmibai.
