Karen Gasparyan is much more than a driver! - Karen, our driver, was extremely welcoming, hospitable, nice and kind. He speaks fair enough English and Russian as well! Loved to show us interesting things on the way, gave us a city map and an Armenian tourist map, brought food and fruits for us, did not let us pay for the toilets at the monastery, he offered medication for my husband (he had a stomach ache), etc. Karen knows many hidden places in Garni. The landscapes of this tour are stunning and very diverse in colours and heights. The monasteries, unforgettable. The only issue is that the car, even if it was very clean, was slow and lacked a good suspension so you could feel all the bumps. Also, in Armenia people drive on the left, but the wheel of this car was surprinsigly on the right side, so it is dangerous to overtake other cars in the highways. Anyway, thank you Karen for a great tour.
