Motocycle trip of a lifetime - Booked 3 days Ha Giang loop with Authentic, Chien was my gide. Been riding all my life but this has been the most incredible moto adventure ever. Chien kept me safe, helped me in challenging offroad terrain, kept me entertained, well fed, his English is very good, stopped at all the good spots for pictures, shared his profound knowledge of the culture and history, truly been a pleasure. Thank you Chien

The highlight of my trip to Vietnam - This Ha Giang Loop tour has been the highlight of my trip to Vietnam! Every moment has been an absolute delight. The breathtaking scenery left me in awe, truly a feast for the eyes and soul. A huge shoutout to the incredible team of easy riders, who made this experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. On my 2nd day, I had a locked right knee, but the entire team went above and beyond to look after me. Special thanks to Tong, our exceptional leader, who carried me not once but twice; to a stunning waterfall and a mesmerizing viewpoint. He brought our 1st night to life with dancing, singing, and laughter, doubling the fun at every turn. I’m especially grateful to my driver, Toan, for being so patient and kind, and to Nghiep, who kept an eye on me throughout. Every single Easy Rider was sweet, attentive, and caring, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. If you’re visiting Vietnam, I can’t recommend Tong and his team enough; they truly make every moment extraordinary.

Awesome 3 day bike tour with amazing scenery and Homestay! - Pablo (Loc) and Frank (Chien) were amazing tour guides. They were knowledgeable, fun and just all round great value. Both spoke English well, especially Chien. We had good chats along the way and both Loc and Chien shared some of their stories with us. I did self riding and it was awesome fun. I had a Yamaha xtz 150 that ran fairly well. Some issues with idling too low at first but the guides sorted it out. We had a small group of just 2 riders and a tour guide (they swapped half way as Pablo needed to go back home). This was a lot better than some of those massive groups of 10 that you see on the roads. 3 days was a good amount of time for the loop in my opinion. I think you see all the best scenery during this time and I definitely have finished feeling satisfied with what I saw. My main disappointment was that the tour implies that the dirt bike tour has off-roading which it doesn't. It is the standard loop but on a dirt bike. The photos are misleading and are of one of the longer dirt bike tours (only possible with more days). However Pablo and Chien managed to get me off the main roads onto a few back lanes and dirt trails after I mentioned that I had been hoping for this. While I think the tour company needs to be clearer with the photos of what is actually to be expected both Pablo and Chien did an amazing job and I have only the best things to say about them. The Homestay were both great but the second one was just amazing. It had this incredible view over the valley and the owners had done a great job with decor, fairy lights, hammocks, fire etc. No private bathrooms but didn't bother me at all. Enough to not feel crowded. And the rooms were very comfortable. The bus ride up was super chaotic. We drove around Hanoi for 2 hours in a small bus picking people up and then the sleeper bus didn't tell me to get off at the right spot (and my window did not have a view of where we stopped because I was on the left side) so I ended up 20 mins away at 3am which wasn't great. Mr Thai (who organises the tours) answered his phone thankfully and organised a car to come and get me so all was OK but a bit of a stressful start. On the plus side, the sleeper bus was amazing with your own private cabins so I managed to actually get some sleep on the way up. I think the buses are 3rd party company. I think authentic tours needs to be clearer with what to expect and to explain that you need to look out for your stop (the sleeper stops heaps towards the end). I think they also should just give the option to meet the sleeper bus at the starting point so you don't have to drive around in the small bus picking up people in Hanoi. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend authentic tours but would encourage them to update their photos so that people do not feel misled.

Scenic ride with super friendly staff! - Windy was a fantastic tour guide. He knows lots about the history of the region and is very relaxed! There is a great mix of on and off-road riding. I would highly recommend booking this tour if you can ride a motorbike! Lots of fun riding up and down the mountains with beautiful views! Thanks again Windy!

Highly recommended! - Highly recommended! Really the most fun thing I've ever done. We drove past beautiful areas, totaling about 300km. Zaj took the lead and was my easy rider. He gave us a fantastic experience and told us a lot about the history.

Tour with guide OK, things around fked up - +nice tour guide + tour, spoke well englisch, explained a lot, most likely due to the group size (4 bikes) and weather, our guide was able to take us more off-road +good Food, quantity was also pleasant. Neutral Home Stays, had a private room. Be aware regarding int. license to drive the motorbike by yourself. Otherwise 🚔 asks for money. -maintenance of the bike (chain pls!, brakes and tires OK) -transportation disasterous, you have to work on that and don‘t fck your customers up. Lastly supply the water as advertised, don’t try to make discussions around a topic like this. (E.g mai‘s hs) All the best

Amazing tour, watch out for up charges, private room isn’t private for each person! - The trip was spectacular for many reasons. Chi, our guide was very friendly, they were very prompt and professional, took us to amazing views etc. The small group tour was a must and was very fun. The bad: We booked online in advance, and brought international drivers licenses, when we arrived we learned that they weren’t the right type. Okay, miscommunication, but they were also trying to upcharge us for motorcycles. But they waited to tell us about the up charges until after we were loaded up on the bikes. I really want this to be a 5 star review, but the first day left a bad taste in my mouth
