Ha Giang - Journey from Ha Giang city to Du Gia village (120km) - Begin the loop with a hotel pick-up. - 10am: Enter the Dong Van Global Karst Plateau Geopark and pause at the top of Bac Sum Pass. - 11am: Visit Quan Ba Heaven Gate, a high point 1500m above sea level, and enjoy a coffee with a stunning view. - 12:30pm: Arrive at Dam Dam village for lunch at a local homestay. - 1:30pm: Continue to Lung Tam village to see traditional clothes being made by locals. - 2:30-5:00pm: Enjoy the beautiful landscape until reaching Du Gia, and check in at a homestay of the Tay ethnic minority. Dong Van Town-Ha Giang City

Đồng Văn District - From Dong Van town to Ha Giang city (135km) - 8:30am: Have breakfast and set off towards Ha Giang. - 10am: Arrive at Sa-Phin village to visit the Hmong King palace. - 12pm: Reach Yen Minh for a lunch break in town. - 1:30pm: Stop at the top of Lao-Chai valley for a panoramic view of Yen Minh town and surrounding terraced fields. - 2:00 - 5:00pm: Drive and enjoy the scenery until reaching Ha Giang. - 5:30pm: Conclude the tour at your hotel.

Dinh Vua Meo - Situated in the Sa Phin Valley is the palace of the Hmong kings who governed large parts of Vietnam’s northern Ha Giang province in the early 20th century. Vuong Chinh Sinh Palace, also known as Vua Meo (King of the Hmong), was constructed in 1902 and served as the seat of power for two Hmong rulers. The Hmong people had dominated the region since settling there centuries earlier after migrating from southern China. The first ruler aligned with the French colonial powers, while the second supported Ho Chi Minh’s fight for independence.
