Ha Giang City – Lung Cu – Dong Van Town (B + L + D)
Ha Giang Province - 06h30: Breakfast at the hotel.
07h30: Shuttle bus and tour guide pick-up. Begin sightseeing tour of Ha Giang Loop:
Km0 square: The center of Ha Giang and the starting point of the Happiness Road to Meo Vac town, spanning 175 km.
Bac Sum Pass: The first slope of the Dong Van Karst Plateau GeoPark. Drive through this area.
Heaven’s Gate Quan Ba: Stop for photos of the Nui Doi twin mountains.
Nam Dam village: A peaceful village of the Dao people, 2 km from Quan Ba town, known for its unique houses and herbal medicines.
Can Ty Pass: At an altitude of 1000-1200 meters, offering majestic scenery.
14h00: Tham Ma pass: Stop at the top to enjoy the view after navigating 9 passages.
Lung Cu Flag Tower - 15h00: Visit Sung La Valley and Lung Cam, a village with traditional Hmong houses, including Pao’s house.
16h00: Lung Cu flag pole: Visit Lo Lo Chai village at the foot of Long Son mountain, home to the Lo Lo minority with unique houses and friendly locals. Explore on foot.
17h30: Check-in at the hotel or homestay in Dong Van town.
Dong Van district: The northernmost point of Vietnam, bordering China. Home to various ethnic minorities, primarily Hmong (70%). Famous for Dong Van Old Quarter, a historic trading center.

Ma Pi Leng Pass - 07h00: Breakfast at the local market and coffee. Drive along the Happiness Road. (On Sunday mornings, visit the local ethnic market in Dong Van town)
08h00: Ma Pi Leng Pass: At over 1200 meters, offering stunning mountain views and the Nho Que River below. Great for photos and a coffee stop at Panorama (approx. 60,000 VND).
Nho Que River - 09h30: Boat trip on Nho Que river, then visit Meo Vac town.
Meo Vac town: A highland district near the China border, sparsely populated and mainly Hmong (70%). Hmong people traditionally live on high, rugged mountains. (Sunday mornings feature a local market)
11h00: Visit the Hmong king’s palace, a historic residence in unique Chinese style.
13h00: Lunch in Quan Ba town.
Ha Giang - 15h30: Arrival in Ha Giang City. Wait for the bus to Ha Noi.
