Ha Giang - Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Ha Giang City. From there, you’ll drive to Hoang Su Phi, making several stops along the way to enjoy some tea.

Thong Nguyen Commune People’s Committee - Arrive at Thong Nguyen commune in Hoang Su Phi for lunch. Afterward, continue your journey to Ban Phung Village, with opportunities to visit and photograph the terraced rice fields at Ban Peo, Ban Ta Su Choong, and Ban Nhuong Village.

Ban Phung - Upon arrival in Ban Phung Village, check in and take a rest. Later, take a walk with your tour guide to witness the sunset over the terraced fields.

Ban Phung commune is situated about 30km from the center of Hoang Su Phi district in Ha Giang province. The population here is almost entirely La Chi ethnic people, who have preserved many unique cultural traditions. The locals lead a largely self-sufficient lifestyle, making Ban Phung Village a serene and picturesque destination, perfect for nature lovers. The La Chi people have a distinctive farming method, relying entirely on natural water sources for irrigation. They cultivate fields, raise livestock, and build homes right in the middle of the fields.

The primary landscape of Hoang Su Phi consists of high hills and mountains, with agriculture still heavily dependent on natural conditions. The terraced fields are most beautiful during specific times of the year: the water pouring season (when water is collected for rice cultivation) in April and May, and the rice season in September and October.
