Ha Giang Province - Enjoy breakfast before embarking on the Ha Giang loop adventure.
-Checkpoints: KM 0 Milestone, Bac Sum Slope, Quan Ba Heaven Gate. Pause to take in the view of Doi Mountain and Tam Son Town.
-12:30 After crossing Can Ty pass, stop at scenic spots like the lonely tree and Van Chai cliff, then have lunch in Yen Minh town.

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark - -13:30 Continue towards Dong Van, stopping at Tham Ma pass, Pho Cao village, Sung La valley, and Lung Cam cultural village to experience H’Mong ethnic culture. Visit “Pao’s house,” Tam Giac Mach field, and Moon rock field in Sa Phin village.
-16:30: Explore the Vuong family’s mansion (King of the Hmong people) to appreciate the H’Mong culture. As the day ends, experience the architectural blend of H’Mong, French, and Chinese cultures.

-18:00: Check into your hotel or homestay and rest.
-19:30: Dinner followed by free time to explore Dong Van old town and enjoy street food at the night market.

DONG VAN TOWN – MA PI LENG PASS – NHO QUE RIVER – MAU DUE – DU GIA

Ma Pi Leng Pass - -8:30 am: After breakfast, visit the legendary Happiness Road, the majestic Ma Pi Leng Pass, and the beautiful Nho Que River.
Checkpoints: Ma Pi Leng monument, Death’s snout, Dinosaur’s spine, and the sky path for panoramic views.

If it’s a Sunday, you’re in luck as you can visit the large minority market in Dong Van.

Depart after breakfast and drive through the Dong Van Plateau, a UNESCO Geopark, offering breathtaking views.

Arrive in Lung Cu, home to a massive flagpole marking Vietnam’s northernmost point. From the top, see the mountains of Vietnam and China.

Nho Que River - - Take a boat ride on the Nho Que River to view the highest Tu San canyon in Southeast Asia, a natural wonder unique to Ha Giang.

Meo Vac - -12:30: Lunch in Meo Vac Town. Continue the journey from Meo Vac to Du Gia, enjoying scenic views and winding roads. Checkpoints include M pass, Mau Due, and Lung Ho.
-17:00: Arrive at Du Gia, check into a local homestay, enjoy dinner with Tay cuisine, and drink “happy water” (corn wine).

DU GIA – DUONG THUONG village LUNG TAM – QUAN BA – HA GIANG city

Du Gia - -8:30 am: After breakfast, explore the village and bathe in Du Gia waterfall before heading back to Ha Giang city.

Du Gia is a tranquil village in Ha Giang, mostly visited by travelers on the Ha Giang loop. It boasts a serene, unspoiled landscape of mountains and rice paddies, and the locals are exceptionally friendly.

On the final day of the Ha Giang Loop tour, return to Ha Giang City, enjoying more beautiful views and passing through minority villages.

Lunch is in a village along the way.

The landscape changes to more rice fields, including terraced ones.

Return to Ha Giang city around 16:00.

Lùng Tám - -Stop to admire the scenery in Duong Thuong valley and visit Lung Tam weaving village.

Lunch in Tam Son town - Quan Ba, then return to Ha Giang city around 17:00. Shower and rest at your hostel or homestay.
