Great Halong Bay Experience - Excellent trip. All information was provided prior to the trip. Excellent guide and he kept us engaged and had a good knowledge of all the activities and visits we did. Would recommend them for anyone taking this trip.

The most amazing boot cruize ever! - The cruize was amazing. The staff was wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The rooms and the ship was lovely and very clean! The views where incredible and the tours where also top! Visiting caves, island, kayaking. Activity on the cruize like squid fishing, Tai-chi and massage's where the best!

A fantastic tour - This was a great tour. I really enjoyed being able to experience Ha Long Bay. The cruise staff and tour guide were amazing, the food was excellent, the kayaking was fun, and the views from on the ship and at the top of lookout points were phenomenal. A special shout out to Ivy. I have a food allergy to soy and she made sure I was taken care of and could relax with no worries and just enjoy the food.

Amazing!!! - Ivy’s service was superb! She contacted me since I was in Mexico and she has been amazing and has has been cheking in with me the whole process! She even booked us transport to the airport! Everyone at the boat were super attentive and nice, the cruice was super fun and beautiful, we enjoyed everything very much!

Awesome visual of nature with good service and comfort lodging. - Very well organized trip from hotel pickup to boat stay and return. Very friendly and professional staff. There was a nice itinerary between hiking, kayaking and some beach. Ultimately it was the views of those rock formations out of the water that I went to see. The views were amazing from the boat and particularly during sunset and sunrise. Also doesn’t hurt to have a nice cocktail on the deck of a boat staring out over the area. The accommodations were also quite comfortable and I would go again with Indochina today travel/Athena.

Bai Tu Long Bay Bay in Vietnam - We went on a cruise for 2 days 1 night to Bai Tu Long Bay Bay in Vietnam . You must go to this cruise. The customer experience started with Hana confirming the reservation, Hana made sure if we had any allergies to write them down. Our guide in Kenny from the cruise Renea. We had 5 course meals every meal and it was amazing. The staff was amazing, friendly and always smiling in the heat haha. The cruise was Majestic and something you must do. How do you explain what I saw and experience. You can't you must see it for your self. Our guide Kenny was amazing. Vietnam 🇻🇳 is Beautiful 😍. A lot to see take 2 weeks to see it all.

Outstanding service - I had an incredible experience with Julia in Vietnam! A friend have me her number because I was having such a bad experience on Vietnam with other agency… From the start, she was very professional, responsive, and truly attentive to all my requests. She created a perfectly tailored itinerary that allowed me to see the best of Vietnam—from the stunning Ha Long Bay to the charming streets, River and caves of tam coc. Transportation was smooth, and accommodations were excellent, offering a great mix of comfort and local charm. I especially appreciated their focus on nature-focused activities, as it gave me the chance to explore some of Vietnam’s breathtaking landscapes. I highly recommend this agency and speciallt Julia to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. They went above and beyond to ensure a memorable journey. I can’t wait to come back and explore even more!

Cruise with Sunny - The average pickup time was arranged beforehand, and I received a message from the tour guide, Sunny, five minutes before the bus arrived. He was very punctual. I waited outside my Airbnb, and Sunny came to collect me, walking about 50 meters to the bus. Upon arrival, I was given a bottle of water, and the journey began. Sunny entertained the bus full of people by sharing stories, history, fun facts, and keeping a great sense of humor throughout. The journey was smooth, with no issues or delays. We boarded the cruise, where we were directed to our seats, and food was served. The meal was very tasty and definitely sufficient for each table. At our first destination, we had the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular views after climbing 500 stairs, and we had time to swim, which was refreshing after the climb in the hot weather. The second destination was equally great, with a choice between a bamboo boat (for 12 people) or kayaking (in pairs). I chose kayaking, as it’s more fun and offers more freedom. At the third and final destination, we stayed with Sunny for a guided tour of the caves. He shared many interesting facts about the area and managed the large group very well. Overall, the cruise was pleasant and definitely worth the money. There was a top deck for us to use, two toilets, and a bar. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore Ha Long Bay but is limited on time, as I was. At the end of the trip, everyone from my group was heading back to Hanoi, while I had a bus booked for 6 pm to Ninh Binh. However, our trip was finishing just after 6 pm, which meant I was late for the last bus! Thankfully, Sunny went above and beyond to help. He called my Airbnb host in Ninh Binh to ask for the bus driver's number, then called the bus office to see if they could wait for me. He even spoke to the captain to speed up the cruise, so we could make it. We arrived at the harbor at 6:08 pm, and Sunny and I were the first off the boat, running to collect my luggage and then to the bus. The bus could only wait until 6:15 pm, and we made it at 6:14! Without Sunny’s help, I would have missed the bus and had to find emergency accommodation in Ha Long Bay or Hanoi. Sunny was a lifesaver, and I’m incredibly thankful for his help, as well as his efforts to keep everyone entertained throughout the trip. His English was excellent—well-spoken and easy to understand. If you ever meet him, I hope you'll feel the same bright energy that I did.

Great trip - The tour was very well organised & Tom the guide was first class & make sure we saw everything, very knowledgeable. All the staff were great throughout the trip, Doris & Layla also deserve a mention who all after us throughout in the dinning room. It’s a very early start the next morning to make sure you can fit everything in, this is the only part I wish could have started at 8am & on 6.30am. Breakfast at 6.45am was early when your on holiday.
