Such a amazing cruise and what an experience - It was an awesome experience and We enjoyed the stay and the cruise so much .. Huge appreciation goes out to Dan The Man (the cruise manage ) and all other crew.. They indeed well trained and excellent in customer service.. We were literally looked after every second while we were on the cruise… Definitely will recommend it to our friends and family.., Well done

Ha Long Bay tour - The view was amazing and our guide Dan was great. We were able to go to Surprise cave, kayaking through Luon cave and hiking up Top Island, the whole tour went very smoothly.

Fantastic cruise. Awesome boat and staff - Fantastic trip. Great staff. Our butler Tee in particular was awesome - he looked after us extremely well indeed. The cabin was fantastic. The dinner is incredible- don’t eat anything before! It’s 5 fantastic courses. A great trip. Worth every penny.

Moment of luxury in a long trip through Vietnam. - Cruise exceptionally comfortable. Restaurant staff and Mr.Boo in charge - extrenly polite helpful and supportive. Rooms at luxury comfort level. Bathtub with view at the bay's sunrise...

Mesmerising - We stayed at the Amanda Luxury cruise for 2 days 1 night and it was a wonderful experience. The cruise manager Mr. Lee was very kind and soft spoken. The room Was clean and comfortable with a mesmerising view. Even the staff that served us was friendly and kind enough. They took care of us being vegetarian and arranged food according to our preferences. Had a really great time here 😊

Incredible views and great service - We had a great experience on the Amanda Luxury cruise. The 2 night 3 day was so worth doing as we had an amazing visit to a village (with an excellent host named Jay) with more kayaking and swimming. On board, staff were so welcoming and friendly and we were especially impressed with service from Tee. Thank you cruise manager Lee for a very well organised, fun-filled and relaxing trip!

Relaxing fun. - Tee was perfect and so polite. Trilingual king. Mr. Lee was a gracious host, who worked nonstop on our cruise to endure everyone had a good time. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, with hot showers and good service overall. Weird compulsory tourist trap bus stop 10 minutes from getting onto the boat that everyone could do without.

If your looking for real luxury Amanda is not the place - Me and my partner did a cruise here last month in a different ship and had a wonderful experience, my parents came for 2.5 weeks so we wanted them to experience it as well and looked for a higher quality cruise. We were disappointed to find a big difference in quality in all aspects. 1. rooms were nice,with a bath that on the first night didn't hold water... 2. The itinerary was not available on the cruise as published, many thing were not available. 3. Breakfast was dull and minimal and at 6:30 am, Dinner was great, Brunch was again very dull and minimal. 4. No water on the cruise, only sold... 5. The speakers for announcements in the rooms were extremely loud, it's not nice to wake up by such high volume and repetitive announcements. 6. Most of The staff didn't speak any English. 7. The after dinner shows were uncoordinated, the waiters had to act as the models and small boat crew was used for the dancing show. 8. The head of service knew the recite his pitch but not much more in English and didn't understand or didn't want to understand.. 9. 2nd day activities were great and the reason I gave this cruise 3 stars instead of 2. 10. Service was not high quality as we were told Overall in comparison to Erina cruise 2D/1N we did last month every aspect I mentioned above was much better at Erina than here and the price was higher for Amanda. In general after spending 9 days in the area and 2 cruises in 2 visits I feel that a 2D/1N cruise is enough for the experience and the rest can be seen and experienced separately and for much cheaper. If you do get on Amanda luxury cruise Tee - one of the waiters is super nice and helpful and improved our experience a lot.
