Halong Bay - 07:45-8:30 Pick-up at hotels if located in the Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera house by shuttle bus departure to Ha Long Bay with stopovers for refreshing en route.
12:00 Arrive harbor, transfer by tender to Cruise, and enjoy welcome drinks, receive cruise briefing, safety instructions then check in to your cabin
12:30 Lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through these islands
14.30 Start visit Surprising cave is one of the most biggest and amazing cave in the bay
16:00 Continue to Titop island where you can enjoy swimming on sandy beach and climbing up the Top for hall panorama view Ha Long Bay
18:00 Come back to cruise later to enjoy sun set party on sundeck

Amazing Halong Bay Tour - Amazing, Halong Bay has some of the most amazing views in the world. Our guide was Ken and we recommend it highly, very polite and provide defails informafion about the trip. The boat and food were lovely. We really enjoy the sunset. I would recommend staying longer than the day if possible.

The Ha Long Bay tour was a great experience. - I was picked up at a hotel in Hanoi and took a bus. Along the way, we stopped by a rest area to eat Banh Mi. Then we changed to a boat and went sightseeing in the bay. On the rooftop terrace, there were benches on which to lie and enjoy sightseeing. It was great. The buffet was also delicious. There were also vegetarian considerations. The toilets on board were more beautiful than I expected. However, if you go with two people, you may share a seat on board with a stranger. The tour Guide explained the cave tour in detail and we learned a lot. Thank you very much. If you come to Hanoi, be sure to join this tour!

Fun and Memorable Cruise with freinds - STAR Starlight Cruise is really amazing and out of our expectations. It is well maintained and very clean. Thumbs Up to their crews for excellent service and high quality of foods. We enjoyed all activities the whole cruise. Our guide was timely organized with the itinerary and very helpful. And a special thanks to our local tour arranger Ms. Quyen from SST Travel, who has helped me so much to make my whole trips to Hanoi-Sapa-Halon Bay so enjoyable and memorable. The most important of all, my whole groups were satisfied and happy. Will definitely introduce to others this trip and other sites of Vietnam and especially Ms. Quyen from SST Travel

Halong Bay Cruise - I joined the tour after a huge typhoon hit Hanoi, so traffic, etc. took longer than usual, but Ken, our guide, took care of everyone. The sunset from the cruise ship in Halong Bay was fantastic.

AVOID AVOID AVOID SST Travel (Victor was not honest with us) - We booked a cruise to Hạ Long Bay with SST Travel (Victor in particular) and they assigned us a room which was very noisy and smelly, because of the power generator sitting next to us (Room 102), making hard for us to sleep at night. This issue wasn't disclosed beforehand and when we complained on board the staff asked the Sea Stars head office if we could be moved to a better located room. They refused to accommodate our request unless we paid extra money to upgrade the room. The supervisor and the staff were excellent but the Sea Stars Cruise head management (and SST Travel) lost a customer and many others to come (we will make sure to advise our family and friends to never use your services).
