Hera Grand Cruise guide , Andy 🥳 - The entire 1 day cruize trip was amazing . Andy, our crew manager was really helpful , he guided us through the entire trip and organized a fantastic dinner and party at the rooftop of the cruise. Overall it was a wonderful experience for my entire family , we enjoyed lot. The entire crew members were supportive too , they specially organized vegan food for us and made sure we have a comfortable experience.

5* Halong Bay cruise - Our cruise through the stunning Halong Bay was truly unforgettable, thanks to Mr. Alex and his amazing crew. The food was not only plentiful but also incredibly delicious. The service was both professional and friendly, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed a variety of fun activities that kept us entertained throughout the trip. Just book! - We were on our honeymoon, and were upgraded to the best room on the boat, with a full honeymoon setup! Alex was a great guide. The boat itself (The Hera Grand) had just enough rooms for an intimate cruise, not too many people. The staff were very accommodating, the excursions and activities were so much fun. We went to a cave, hiked to the top of an island, kayaking etc... And there were even more activities that we unfortunately did not have the energy to participate in (no fault of the crew). The food and drink was plentiful and masterfully made. Couldn't have asked for more from a honeymoon! Only thing we would have done differently is book for 2 nights and 3 days. To those thinking if they should book, stop thinking and book it.

Enjoyed - Cruise was first class, with Alex our guide very engaging and friendly. Food was incredible, room was spacious, and a good amount of activities on the 2n 3d cruise. Felt looked after and met some other great travellers.

Halong bay - With Alex around, it's made a excellent day though is only one night. 😀 The cruise is amazing with good foods except clealiness is not so par in the rooms. Surrondings mountains were amazing and splendour. My groups enjoyed it. To a better Halong Bay, and keep working hard, we be back again.

Halong bay - We came and enjoy our trip on the hera grand boat classic boat. And Alex the guide he taking care for us. So beautiful the halong bay scenic. And every thing is great. Hight recommended this boat

Excellent service other than lacking of Halal food. - Alex, Hera Luxury Cruise We had a wonderful time with my family on the Hera luxury cruise. They were lacking of the halal (Muslim food) option but, other than that everything was perfect. The cruise manager Alex was very helpful and has put all of his efforts to make us happy.
