Fantastic day cruise - Boat was excellent - fantastic amenities and staff. Food at lunch was delicious. Air conditioning was a huge bonus after sitting upstairs on the sun loungers. Vinny was great at leading the tour.
We enjoyed the row boat through the cave which was unlike anything we’ve seen before and we weren’t expecting to see bats!
Kayaking and swimming was great fun, plenty of time to enjoy the activities without feeling rushed.
The boat had good toilet facilities, and space you could use to change out of wet clothes. Towels were provided. Drinks were very reasonably priced. The ‘tea’ in the afternoon exceeded our expectations with delicious spring rolls and cakes. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing Day! - The pick up was on time and the van was great! Massage/reclining chairsa ND safe drive.
The cruise was fully booked when we went but you never felt crowded. The boat was amazing. The food for lunch excellent and the activities great fun.
We would really recommend this tour!

Incredible - This was by far the nicest day cruise I've experienced, and an incredible value for what you're getting.
Some key highlights:
- The crew was incredibly friendly, they make every guest feel welcome. They even offer to take professional photos for free and send them directly to you before leaving the boat.
- The food was delicious, we asked for the vegetarian option and the crew provided us with more than we could eat.
- The spot they stopped at for swimming/kayaking was so beautiful, and the highlight of the tour for us.
Highly recommend, especially over other tours that only stop at the most popular and crowded spots.

Fab Day Trip - Excellent day trip with Jadesails. We were so lucky as only 10 of us yet we received full welcoming & service!
Food - 10/10 excellent in terms of quality, taste and variety!
Cruise ship - 10/10 big, spacious, modern and clean. 3 levels with jacuzzi & gym with shower facilities. (I picked Jadesails as i heard it was one of the newer cruise ships less crowded too).
Activities - 10/10 - Thought 7 hours on board would be quite long but actually it worked out perfect - lunch & all the activities - bamboo boat through the caves, kayaking, swimming, live band, happy hour! Even the locations where we docked were quiet & exclusive. Swimming & kayaking was so beautiful & peaceful. Not sure whether it wld b like this peak season tho.
Staff - 10/10 we were well looked after by Calvin & David and their team ♥️ kudos to the live band who also multi tasked in F & B and back flip diving 🤣

The van was really... - The van was really comfortable, the food was great, the crew was very attentive, and we got ample opportunities for enjoying the beautiful scenery. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew.

Did not disappoint! - So worth the money! The boat was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and the live music was such a nice touch. They stop in such a beautiful spot for a swim and serve some of the best food I had in Vietnam. Would for sure book again!

Fabulous day trip to Halong Bay - Picked up from hotel, at pre arranged time, in very clean, comfortable mini bus with only 6 others, and taken 2hr drive straight to marina. Marina area a bit like a depressing ghost town with half built, empty buildings all around but offered cool drinks or coffee in the nice reception lounge for the boat before greeted onboard by the lovely crew with a single rose for everyone. Boat very clean and absolutely beautiful- definitely the most luxurious in the bay! The facilities are like a 5* hotel. Cruise through Halong Bay is outstandingly scenic whatever the weather, staff couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful, itinerary is great fun with row boat through caves, swimming and kayaking in a lagoon and even a lesson on how to make traditional spring rolls, all included. Lunch is a fabulous affair with a plentiful, wide selection on offer and catered for all dietary needs. Late afternoon tea on the sundeck with fruit snacks and cakes is also great. The well stocked bar onboard is the only added expense and their happy hour with 2 for the price of 1 drinks and cocktails on the cruise back to port is much appreciated. Can’t praise the crew enough as all very courteous and helpful with special mention to the fantastic cruise director( sorry but can’t remember his name!) A fantastic, well organised day trip, well worth the money and we thoroughly recommend to everyone.

Luxurious day cruise - Really enjoyable day cruise round Halong Bay, relaxing, but including fun activities such as rowing boats through caves, kayaking, swimming and Vietnamese spring-roll making. Excellent food included, and a full pay-bar on board. Charming staff. Thoroughly recommended, we were based in Halong so didn’t have far to travel to the marina, but most participants on our cruise came from Hanoi with the optional transport included.
