Amazing Service - An excellent bus service. The customer service was outstanding, I had booked the wrong date by accident and I was able to transfer onto the next available bus. Everyone was incredibly helpful.

Ninh Binh Bus From Halong Bay - After Halong Bay trip, we are trying to book shuttle bus to Ninh Binh, but there are not so many options for shuttle bus to Ninh Binh, then we book Ninh Binh bus from here. So we waiting until 12:15PM and bus come pick-up and take about 4,5 hours transfer to Ninh Binh, on the ways look so beautiful countryside and take short sleep on long way to Ninh Binh. So if you don't have any other option to Ninh Binh, this Bus also good for who want to take Ninh Binh trip after Halong Bay. Driver safe and drop at homestay

Nice bus to Ninh Binh from Halong Bay - We were on a 2-day cruise in Halong Bay and after Halong Bay we would like to go to Ninh Binh for another night, so we book a trip to Ninh Binh by bus from Tripadvisor recommended. Picking up the bus on time at Halong port and the bus very clean, just some long time, about 4 hours. Bus very safe and comfortable. I would recommend this bus.

Good bus! - We got where we needed to be and the bus is indeed very spacious. It felt like we had a lot of stops/ spent a lot of time waiting for people so if you need to be somewhere on time maybe best to book a private bus. We were only about 20 minutes late though (pick up at 12, drop off at 16:50). If other guests aren’t late, I assume it would be more timely.

Overall got the job done, wish communication was better - Reason for 3 star: Need better communication. Was not aware that we would be picked up in a limousine car to be transferred to a bus. Pick up time was scheduled for 12:00 PM we got to our location around 11:30 PM and was told I could not use the restroom before leaving cause we were already behind in schedule and that the next stop would have a bathroom. The next stop was about 10 mins away where we got into a big bus. We waited in the big bus for about 25 minutes with no restroom access or knowing where our driver was located/ We were uncertain what we were waiting for or for how long. One of the passengers showed us how to open the bus door so I and a few other passengers who have been on the bus before us can go in search of a restroom. Understandably, it was a busy day since cruises were cancelled last minute due to weather reasons but some communication would have caused less confusion and anxiety. I do want to give a shout out to IVY who works in booking and customer service. She was very helpful on whats up and even helped message the driver telling him people in the bus need to use the restroom.
