Very luxurious experience - Jasper takes very good care of us. Food was e, specially seafood. I had really good time. Cruise was luxurious. I will recommend it to friends and family.

Good Tour, good Service, worth the money - Good Tour, our Service with Lily and the whole Crew were amazing! Good program, nice views, good music we enjoyed the Tour.

Day trip to Ha Long Bay - Absolutely awesome experience for those looking at doing just a day tour to Ha Long Bay from Hanoi. They picked us up in a limousine van which was very comfortable given it's a two hour drive to the port. The food was a delicious spread of Vietnamese and western cuisine. The crew was very professional and helpful Special thanks to Vinny our tour guide, and Otis our server for great service. Highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful uncrowded day - The days host Vinny was excellent at managing the day and keeping us entertained. Jade was able to get us to some great spots at the right times, avoiding the feeling of crowds. Food was good and kayaking was excellent, the afternoon swim looked great, but we forgot to pack swim trunks. Thanks for a wonderful day.

January 24th - day cruise - It was a lovely day out and the company Jade Sails was wonderful. We travelled off peak (their "winter" season) and just prior to Tet, so there was only 26 of us in the vessel. Overall, regardless of the clouds and chill in the air, it was worthwhile as you can feel the serenity of the bay. The staff were great. The only improvement that I can suggest is that they clean after the smokers more regularly, ie emptying their ashtrays, etc. It certainly wasn't because of lack of staff. This is one of my pet peeves, smokers should be catered for I know that can't be avoided, but to us non-smokers we shouldn't have to put up with the mess it creates by the unsightly ashtrays. Apparently the vessel can cater up to 99 people. I'm not sure I would enjoy the cruise if it was full capacity, for one the fight for sunbeds will be unbearable! So, go and go with Jade Sails but go off-peak, Halong Bay is just as beautiful even with a chill in the air.

Exceeded expectations! - The day tour was even better than expected, in every respect! They (especially David) took very good care of us and responded to all our wishes. Especially with two small children, that is worth a lot! A successful day in every respect!

Best Cruise - The cruise was wonderful. All of the staff were attentive and kind. They even cooked me special food because I had a food allergy. Otis in particular was amazing!

Awesome trip even in Winter - We had the best day service, food was fantastic. Went Kayaking through the cave and went for a swim it was a little fresh and worth it! Pack a spare pair of clothes and your togues keep your options open 😊
