Fantastic Halong bay cruise. - When my family and I boarded the boat greeted by the entire cruise staff. Lilly was the team member assigned to us throughout our entire cruise. Lily as the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Communication was great since she was able to communicate with my wife in Vietnamese and myself in English. You can always expect Lily at your service with drinks and food. I would highly recommend Lily and definitely would rebook the cruise again.

Must see - Must Do!!!! - Great service and a definite must do for your stay in Vietnam. The Ha Long Bay is inexplicably beautiful and the staff Ain board did a great work. Special mention to Otis for his attention to the customers.

Great day in the heart of Halong Bay and LanHa Bay - The price is quite high but it is definitely worth it. We left in the early morning, crossing Halong Bay to LanHa Bay. There were almost no boats...The scenery was beautiful. The services are high-end. Very few passengers on board (22 for a capacity of 99), which is a shame for the provider because it is really hot! If you like peace and comfort, this is the cruise to do. Also, most of the boats stop at Halong Bay where there are many tourists. This is not the case here, the stop is at LanHa. All under a great sun on December 1st;)

10/10 amazing luxury cruise - strongly recommend! - From the moment we arrived on the Jade Sails luxury cruise, we knew we were in for a treat! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, starting with a lovely touch of handing out roses as we boarded. They were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and very accommodating, especially with our vegetarian requests. Calvin, the main host, is not only welcoming but also fantastic at taking pictures—he made sure we captured the perfect moments throughout the day. Bella was equally amazing, always attentive and ready to cater to any request with a warm and friendly attitude. Each and every staff member greeted us with a friendly face throughout the entire day, which really elevated the experience. The live band was another standout feature! They were absolutely amazing and even took song requests, creating a lively and fun atmosphere that added to the cruise's charm. The cruise itself is stunning. Spread across three floors, each with amazing views, it felt like true luxury. The jacuzzi was a fantastic addition, and the clean, well-maintained toilets were much appreciated. Watching the sunset from the deck was absolutely breathtaking—an experience we’ll never forget. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and we truly felt pampered throughout the day. Jade Sails delivers an exceptional experience that’s worth every penny. If you’re looking for a luxurious and unforgettable way to explore Halong Bay, this is it. Highly recommended!
