08:00– 8:30: Our transfer service will collect you from your hotel in Hanoi and proceed to Halong International Port. The journey to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours, including a brief stop for a break.

Halong Bay - 12:00- 12.30: Upon arrival at our waiting lounge at HaLong International Cruise Port, you will have some time to relax. Await our captain’s completion of registration and then transfer by tender to our boat.
12.45: Enjoy a welcome drink, receive a safety briefing, and learn about the activities included before checking into your cabin. 13.30: Savor lunch while leisurely cruising to the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Bai Tu Long Bay - 15.30: Arrive at Cap La Island, a stunning area in Bai Tu Long Bay. Delight in kayaking through the karsts and the breathtaking natural scenery, and relax. 17.30: Return to the boat and enjoy a Sunset party as our cruise sails to the overnight anchorage. 19.00: Dinner will be served in the dining room on board. 20.30: Enjoy free time to participate in games, or try your luck with squid fishing. Overnight on Swan Cruise.

Bai Tu Long - Thien Canh Sơn Cave - Halong Cruise Port- Hanoi (B/L)

Bai Tu Long Bay - 06.30: Begin your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck. Take in the early morning views of the bay.
07.00: Breakfast is served on board (tea and coffee are complimentary). 08.00: Discover Thien Canh Son Cave.
09.45: Complete packing and check out of your cabin. Please ensure all belongings are removed from your cabin; heavy luggage can be left outside.
10.30: Participate in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.
11.00: Relish a traditional Vietnamese lunch on the boat. 12.00: Return to the harbor and disembark at Ha Long Port.

Thien Canh Son Cave - Thien Canh Son Cave is a small cave located on Hon Co Island, in the Cong Do area of Bai Tu Long Bay. The cave consists of three caverns, each adorned with stalactites and stalagmites.

Halong International Cruise Port - For guests who booked the tour without transfer, the tour concludes at Halong Cruise Port.

Old Quarter - Guests who booked the transfer will be transported back to Hanoi City and dropped off at their hotel between 15:30 and 16:00. Tour concludes.

Swan Cruises Halong is a classic wooden ship with a friendly crew. Situated in Ha Long, its itinerary covers the more untouched Bai Tu Long Bay, known for being less crowded. The air-conditioned cabins provide bay views and are equipped with wooden floors and a wardrobe. Each private bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer, with bed linen provided.

Guests can savor a meal at the onboard restaurant and enjoy a drink at the bar. Activities available include kayaking, sunset tea, and cooking demonstrations.

• Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant/bar area only. Internet connectivity is limited due to geography of Ha Long bay.
• Cancellation will ONLY be announced by the Halong Local Port Authority and often at short notice. Therefore, your understanding in these situations will be highly appreciated as these circumstances are entirely not under our control.
• Cruise itinerary might be changed due to weather and other conditions without prior notice.
• The tour organization is subject to favorable weather conditions. If the tour is cancelled due to poor weather (Not allowed from Government) , you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
• If the cancellation is informed to guests prior to leaving Hanoi and the guests have not used any service: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Swimming or kayaking activity may not be possible due to bad weather. Unused services are not subjected to a refund.
• If the cancellation is informed during the trip (guests have already used some services: e.g. transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc): The remaining amount after subtracting all the actual fee of services used will be refunded.
• Meals on-board are served with seafood, Vietnamese and international Cuisine. Any special request for food preference, allergies or dietary requirements should be informed at least 1 days before the departure date.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration depends on the time of day and traffic conditions.

If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
