Located in the Pussellawa area on the A5 highway at Ramboda Pass, it is formed by Panna Oya, a tributary of Kothmale Oya. The falls are situated at an altitude of 945 meters (3,100 feet) above sea level.

Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple - Constructed by the Sri Lankan Chinmaya Mission, the Shri Bhakta Hanuman Temple is located approximately 30 kilometers north of Nuwara Eliya on the A-5 highway near Ramboda, opposite the Kotmale Reservoir, on the Kandy-Nuwara Eliya Road.
