Timely and Personal Service - Good communication via WhatsApp prior to our reservation. Our driver was on time, driving a comfortable and immaculately clean car. We made our way to the airport quickly but safely. Once there the driver found a luggage cart and helped us to the entrance.

Reasonable cost ride to JRO - My driver was about 20 minutes early for the pickup time, which ultimately worked out well as the weather had turned and the lines at JRO were lengthy. The drive was safe and pleasant.

Great service - I used them 3 times during my trip to Tanzania, once from JRO to Usa River, once from JRO to Moshi, and once from Arusha to JRO. Each time the driver was on time, professional, and vehicles were in good condition. I was able to communicate via WhatsApp for extra assurance.

Punctual and Patient - Great service from Kili Taxi! It took a LONG time to be processed through customs after arrival and the driver patiently waited for us long after the estimated pickup time expired. Apparently the immigration process is known for these delays. In any case, he was courteous and promptly drove us to our destination. For the pickup and transfer back to the airport, the individual texted me via WhatsApp to confirm the pickup time (a pleasant surprise!) and was at our hotel on time and ready to go. Great job overall!!

Need a refund- disappointed - No memory. On the day we were suppose to leave for home, the driver transporting us to the airport did not show up. Fadii confirmed they would be there 2 days prior to us leaving. The hotel in which we stayed had to call a taxi to take us to the airport. :(
