Best cooking class ever! - This was the best cooking class I‘ve ever taken. The teacher was amazing, making jokes, explaining in great detail and helping where she could. The food was amazing, I can’t say which one was the best. Definitely come hungry because it’s so much! I can only recommend!!!

Amazing tour - This trip was amazing. We did the morning cooking class which involved a trip through a local market where we got to try several different bits of Thai food. We were then taken to where the class would be held. It is very clean and tidy and everything is set out perfectly. The teachers were kind and informative. I would recommend this to everyone!

Just do this! It’s great - Just wonderful. Had been a bit of a skeptic but was 100% happy with the class and the food we cooked. Niti was an exceptional host and coach. This is very much worth the time and money

Great experience - Very varied: we cooked 11 courses, from starter to dessert. Possible for vegetarians without any problems, and you do not have to be expert to come (no pre-requisites necessary). Niti is really dynamic and funny. We didn’t see time pass, and we ate very well (we leave on a full stomach).

Fun had all day! - My wife and I had an incredible time here. The market and getting to try some of the unique market food was very fun. The class was incredibly well organized and run. You end up learning a lot and the dishes were delicious. The aspect that made it truly special was learning the Akha dishes and a little of their history. The instructors were absolutely delighting and full of knowledge. Highly recommend to anyone traveling here and looking for a cooking class.

Akha-mazing cooking class - Niti was an amazing teacher and chef. We learned so many cooking tips that we definitely won’t forget! The food came out delicious, and it was so fun to see the process of making Thai and Akha food. The Akha food was something new and yummy, and we especially liked the chili sauce that we made. From the Thai food, we loved the cashew stir fry and massaman curry. I am allergic to peanuts, and Niti was very considerate of my allergy with every dish we made. We highly recommend this class to anyone who is staying in Chiang Mai. They even send you home with dried spice pouches to make curry at home. No doubt, you’ll leave very satisfied!
