Excellent Way to Sample Halifax Cuisine - The food selections on the tour provided a good overview of Halifax cuisine, and all were delicious. The tour guide shared a lot of local history and color, and it was nice walking around the waterfront.

Excellent Food Tour - Andrew was a great guide. He was friendly, informative, and considerate. All of the foods were tasty and excellent quality, although the lobster roll bun wasn't the best we've had. Also, the location where we had the lobster roll was disappointing. It was outside and the tables and chairs were splattered with bird poop. Not only that. We had to fight off the starlings and wasps who also wanted our lobster roll. We would have preferred a more food -friendly location.

Fantastic ! - I had the absolute pleasure to participate in this tour on September 13th, our guide was Emie (not sure of the spelling). She was amazing. I learned so much about Halifax and about the cuisine. The food was divine ….. highly recommend this tour. Take it you will not regret it.

Fun in Halifax - Very fun experience with guide, Emmy, sampling different foods unique to Halifax. It was more fun than just going out to dinner locally. She was also very informative about local history. We both enjoyed it very much!

Fantastic tour! - We had a great time despite the weather. Our tour guide Ami (unsure of spelling) was very kind and knowledgeable, and braved the stormy weather with us this past weekend to give us the full Halifax experience. We were inspired to continue to explore the Halifax food scene. Thank you!

Overall, recommend - Our guide was wonderful, knowledgeable about the area, and seemed to want to get to know us. She set expectations up front for mobility needs and dietary restrictions and gave good recommendations. We could have done without the donair stop, which was not somewhere we would have ever stopped in due to appearance/cleanliness

I do not recommend. - Not a good tour. Did not have reservations at any stop. One food stop had to send us away and have us return an hour later. Our final stop was “closed”. We all departed the tour without having the final stop.

Rudely unaccommodating - We’ve been on many walking tours and we have never had a tour company completely ignore the notes we made about one of us being vegetarian. Not only that, but once we alerted the tour leader to this, they did NOTHING to accommodate this. So one of our party ate double and the other left starving. What a waste! Again, not our first walking food tour. But it is our first negative review!

Long wait for food; unable to complete tour - We had time constraints that meant we could not stay longer than the scheduled two hours. At the end of two hours, we were waiting for food at our third stop and had two more stops to go. It seemed as if the restaurant were not prepared for the tour group and we had to wait a long while at each stop. This really should have been advertised as a three hour tour or the restaurants should be prepared for the tour group
