City Segway Tour - Thanks a bunch to Shannon for rearranging our tour times to accomodate the weather. Our tour guide Kris, began the city tour with a video on segway basics, and after only being on a segway once before, this made it that much easier. Kris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour. We've never been to Halifax and therefore, starting from the waterfront and hitting all the main areas within the Halifax downtown area, we gained a lot of knowledge of the past and present Halifax. Thanks to both of you for making our experience a very good one. Derek and Jane, North Bay Ontario

So much fun - We had so much fun. Four people in our group were over 70 and concerned for their safety. Chris and Conner took very good care of us. We watched a safety video and then we practiced before we took off. Everyone enjoyed the tour and we all returned safely.

Fun, informative, and a must try! - We had a very fun time on this tour! If you are worried about riding the segways for the first time, they provide some training before you head out. The tour guides were very kind and you get to explore some of the main parts of the city. We especially enjoyed the Victorian garden!

Forget City Tour Buses this is the way to do it - As one of the other reviews said, segways are not just for the young. I am 72 and although I have ridden a Segway on two visits to the States it has been more than 5 years since it was last on one. I was surprised how quickly I felt comfortable riding one again. The tour itself was exellent visiting all the important tourist spots from the harbour to the Citadel. Our guide was entertaining and provided many recommendations for places to eat etc. Three hours well spent. Highly recommended.

Awesome - It was so awesome! We had such a good time. At first I was so apprehensive, but by the first 15 minutes I was comfortable on the Segway. Mary and Chris were phenomenal and so patient making sure everyone in the group were safe. Such a great way ti start our vacation.

Segways always fun even in Halifax - Our tour guide Chris was very nice and professional. Segways worked well and were a lot of fun. Headsets were disappointing as several didn’t work well at all and some of us missed most of the conversation. Honestly, just think Halifax is not the most interesting area to explore, but riding a segway is always fun. Some people can make any tour interesting and fun, Chris was not that guy but he tried. We did get tired of the non-stop chatter about restaurants, best place to drink and ghost tours, especially as 7/8 of us were just there for a one day cruise stop with zero opportunity to visit restaurants/bars. Cows ice cream recommendation was a good suggestion though. Recommend for a quick tour of Halifax seaport and opportunity to ride a Segway.
