- J Farwell Sailing Tours - Our longest-day sail is the ideal way for you to kick back and enjoy the warm summer winds as the crew sets our sails for maximum relaxation. You’ll be greeted with a custom local cocktail (or mocktail!) upon arrival while you scout your perfect spot to chill onboard. Whether you choose to lay out on the bow or recline at the stern, leave the sailing to us while you soak in the coastline under the sun.

Additional Information
This two-hour sail allows you to soak in the sights along the coastline so close to our urban center! Pass by landmarks such as George’s Island, Pier 21, Point Pleasant Park, and more. This laid-back sail is designed for you to enjoy maximum relaxation, and leave the work to our crew. If you’d like to be involved in the sailing, we would love the opportunity to show you the ropes! After being greeted with a custom local cocktail (or mocktail!) upon arrival, you can choose to explore the sailing yacht, take in the sights, or try your hand at the helm.

The sail was amazing with a wonderful crew. Thanks Brandan and Charlotte😊 - We very much enjoyed the mid day sail along the Halifax harbour. It was my first time in a sail boat and I found it very calming and refreshing. Brandan and Charlotte made an excellent crew. Very engaging and friendly. would recommend the experience!!

Summer Breeze Sail - an incredible experience! - This was the best experience and the most amazing way to see the Halifax Harbour! The incredible crew Frankie and Derrick made this such a fun tour. We will definitely be coming on another tour soon, and we highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to sit back and relax, while also getting involved in some sailing! Thank you again, Frankie and Derrick you're the best!

Summer Breeze - A great way to experience Halifax Harbour! The Captain and crew were amazing! They have lots of interesting information and allow you to learn to sail if you would like to experience that. Amazing local wine from Benjamin Bridge a local winery make it a great way to spend a summer afternoon!

Family fun - We had a great time with our family on this boat! Captain Jeff & staff were amazing and friendly! He let our two boys help with the sailing! We met a lovely couple/family from the UK and had a great chat! Highly recommend booking!!!

A great outing for a group of friends! - A few girlfriends and I went on the afternoon sail, and had a great time! Our captain, Ryan, provided interesting commentary on the sights as we went by, and we loved the local wine selection.

What afternoon dreams are made of - It was an unusually warm day in Halifax and we were thrilled to be out on the water! Our captain and deckhand were excellent, providing drinks, teaching about sailing to those interested, and showing their skills when we rapidly found some strong winds. It was a highly enjoyable afternoon!
