Very informative! - We absolutely loved the under ground tour but felt it was a bit too fast. Towards the end the guide said ok folks we must go quickly we are running out of time ( we were only down in tunnel 13 minutes at that point) . But it was AWESOME for that amount of time!!!!!

Set Sail and Enjoy the Views and History - It was the perfect day for a boat ride to the island. The views were amazing and learning about the history of the island was humbling. I recommend this tour for anyone looking to kill a few hours. Being a sweater if you’re going to be on the top deck! It gets cold out there! Loves the experience and want to do it again one day.

Ambassatours will take you to George's Island - Ambassatours Gray Line will take to you George's Island. It leaves from the Halifax waterfront at Cable Wharf. It is a pleasant mini harbour cruise and Ambassatours sails around the perimeter of the island first so you get a full scope of the fortification. The boat returns often throughout the day so you can stay as long or as little as you want.
