Scary and fun ..very entertaining. - This was an amazing experience for me.and my son! The actors were very good and convincing. We did the english tour. The effects were also very good..they also offer you to skip some of the tours if you are easily scared.

Great show!!! - Great actors who have really fanatically implemented their role! The scenery was awesome and built with a lot of love. I was in the dungeon 10 years ago and now I'm really excited! Recommended!!

Great experience - It was great. The actors were great, and the layout of the rooms was great.
The only thing that bothered us, there were so many people in a group that it was always very tight in the rooms.

Must Do in Hamburg - We were the 2nd time there and there were small details about the first visit changed. It is still a must-see place when visiting Hamburg. The actors convey your role very authentically

Thrill guaranteed - For us, the visit to the Hamburg Dungeon was definitely worth it. We spontaneously decided to visit the dungeon and booked tickets online. It all worked out and after about 30 minutes of waiting, it was our turn and it was invited in. I don't want to give too much away here. It went through different time periods with rooms designed accordingly for the time. Typical themes from history and certainly other cities were dealt with and staged by very good acting skills. I often had goose bumps and was anxious for the following. Of course, there were funny moments. It was a good mix and my expectations were always exceeded when entering a new room. The coronation was the conclusion. I give you the tip trusts you and always repents in any case, otherwise nothing can be guaranteed .... have fun with the next visitors and thank you to the team for the scary-beautiful experience you gave me and my boys.

Well worth a visit to give you a laugh and a scare! - It was brilliant. A really well done, immersive experience. The actors were great and the little rides were fun. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5, and it isn’t fully their fault, is that better audience control would have been appreciated. We were with a large group of loud, cocky teenagers who took the edge off for me. They were loud and pushed and swore a-lot, that wasn’t wonderful with my 9 year old there. I told them to be quiet a few times. One host made an attempt to tell them to listen and be quiet but the others didn’t. Other than that I would recommend it 100% I would definitely do it again.

Beautiful but could be better - Joa we have been in the dungeon several times now great the actors are super funny but unfortunately the ending when you came to the rides just felt very choppy just no story why only you pay attention quickly in and out and no more actors explaining which part of the story of Hamburg is only about bad tempered security guards Too bad you could do differently and was also better earlier
