Impeccable - All very well, punctual on schedule, very friendly and very clean, especially the bathroom. The guide apparently made good jokes because everyone else was laughing, except me, who doesn't understand German.

Great Harbor tour - It was a great way to see the harbor. One of the very best harbor tours I have been on. The harbor is very interesting and the tour goes for 2 hours which is an ample amount of time to see the harbor.

Great experience! - A very entertaining experience. Our captain Elias made sure that it wasn't just a "sail around" in Hamburg's waters, but a trip with a lot of fun, entertainment and even education. Very clear recommendation for visitors to Hamburg.

Nice trip around Hamburg harbour - Nice trip around the port of Hamburg. A bit difficult to find the right boat since the signage is poor. In fact, there are only signs for other cruise boats on the same mole. The tour of 90 minutes is appropriate.

A must in Hamburg - Went here one day with friends, joined the ship at the dock and had a wonderful experience sailing through the port of Hamburg, the tour guide was very informative and gave us so much information about the port, on the plus side we had a couple of beers while on-board, this was worth seeing and I would recommend it to ours.

Better if you know the local language. - The trip was nice. Timely start with a prompt finish. No frills or hassles. The advertisement for this trip was however not accurate as the only language spoken (and available) was German hence, we missed out on any explanation. If that’s what you are looking for, I would definitely recommend a different trip. It was relaxing and enjoyable for us, regardless.

Nice area - bad boat - Nice tour to the sights of the harbor. But old boat with bad seats. So jealous on the boats from the other companies down there - much better seating options. Also unfortunate that we had not been recommended to bring our own EarPods so we could have a story in English. Hard to understand the German guide.

Not recommended if you want a guided tour in English - The tour is not as advertised. It states that English audio is available, but it was not really. First, we were not told that we had to bring a phone and headphones or that we needed to download an app. So we missed the beginning of the guided tour because we were downloading the app and figuring out how to use it. The app was confusing in the beginning because you could not figure out what you were supposed to look at. Second, it was very difficult to hear the app (via headphones) because the loudspeaker (with the German guide) was extremely loud. Third, the total amount of information provided on the app was perhaps 20% of the information provided by the German guide who talked the entire trip). I would have liked to know more about the commercial harbor and all the other places that the German guide spoke about. The information the app provided was OK but not very detailed and only a handful of locations. Finally, the meeting location is confusing (to a bridge with many places to go and many boats). It would be much better to give GPS coordinates (or more specific location information). Also, the boat is just some benches - toilets were available but nothing else. Overall, way too expensive and barely delivering the basics.
