Fun experience to get to know Hamburger - Great experience. Fun for our family to get to see some sites and learn a little history. The treasure hunt was very cool. Had to find the building first which took a little time, but after that the employee was great and friendly. Overall we all had a good time. I’d recommend this .

Fantastic way to see the city! - Fantastic way to see the city! The puzzles were attainable and it took about 2.5 hours. You are able to explore lots of Hamburg and learn some history.

Fun treasure hunt - challenging and educational for 6 teachers! - Our group had so much fun! The adventure was challenging and educational! We learned about that part of Hamburg and enjoyed the teamwork it required. Our group was 6 adults and everybody enjoyed it. The starting place is in a residential apartment, where the host explains the adventure and the rules. I highly recommend for a 2-3 hr adventure!!

Great fun - My partner, 12 year old son and I all enjoyed the Treasure Hunt. It was loads of fun and a great way to explore HafenCity. The puzzles were at a good level for us. We got stuck a couple of times but there are tips available which helped us get the correct solution. Would thoroughly recommend.

Cool event through HafenCity - As part of a short trip to Hamburg we booked the scavenger hunt of monkey quest. Booking Referral was straightforward. Since we had arrived by car, the search for parking turned out to be complicated, as there is little to no parking in HafenCity or is currently being built there a lot. Arrival perhaps better by public transport Monkey Quest is a bit hidden in an apartment block (upstairs). The game manager greeted us friendly and gave us a good introduction to the game. The demands of scavenger hunting increased from task to task. The tasks can be solved with some thought, even if you have the option of the telephone joker. One is guided through the entire HafenCity. Here you will pass interesting places, which are explained in the accompanying scavenger hunt manual. There is also always time to linger briefly. You can try to break the time record. We took a more relaxed approach to the scavenger hunt and arrived at the destination after about 2 1/2 hours - drinking coffee. It was really a lot of fun. The weather also played along. The value for money was also right, so we only continued the experience can recommend. We are already looking forward to the further offers from Monkey Quest

Great fun - This was amazing fun! Our guide started us off with a fun story, and we were given our backpack. It has several compartments, all locked so we could not open them until we had solved the clues to each new pocket. We were given a book to follow along, which held all the directions and was wonderfully funny. If we were unable to figure out the appropriate clues in each chapter, there was a special page to look at that first tried to help you with the answer, and then simply gave it to you. I will admit that we had to use it occasionally, though when we didn't need it, it made us feel incredibly smart. The scavenger hunt was really more of an outdoor escape room, but it was so much fun. It lead us all over Hafen City in Hamburg, which is a nice little community. It took about three hours. This is a great activity for any size group (there were two of us) and we saw other groups that were much larger. I would absolutely recommend this activity to anyone - those visiting the area as well as those that live locally.

Pirates Ahoy - Very exciting scavenger hunt with, among other things, funny facts about the respective locations. Carefully thought out puzzles, equipment in top condition. Very open-minded and pleasant host.

Very fun and interesting! - Very funny experience. I can't tell much about it, because I don't want to reveal anything. But it was 5/5 start from start to the end. Our host was amazing, and we will definitely come back, when the new project is live!

Treasure hunting in Hamburg - We booked the treasure hunt via Tripadvisor and we info via them. When we got to the agreed place, no one was there, we called a phone number we found online. Finally we gave up and moved on disappointed - this was a birthday surprise. Later on, I received a call from the organizer and it turned out that we had not received all the correct information. The treatment was very professional, they apologized and the money I paid was in the account the next day. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to do the treasure hunt in the afternoon or the following day which we were offered - even with an excuse that there had been a misunderstanding. They asked us to get back to them if we were to return to Hamburg and want to do the Treasure Hunt then. Even though we didn't get to do what we were booked to do, I have to give the organizer a big plus. However, Tripadvisor doesn't get that,

HafenCity neighborhood - This neighborhood tour may be entertaining if you have a few days stay in Hamburg and are looking for a fun activity to do with friends or family. If you are in Hamburg only for a day or coming from cruise ship - this activity does not go into the main square of city - only the HafenCity neighborhood. Come early, if you miss start time more than 15 minutes, you missed your chance. The place can be tricky to find - it is an appartment on ground floor of a multi story apartment building. May be better for a smaller crowd - one bookbag/ set of instructions to share with too many people gets uncomfortable.
