Awesome caves ! - We had a great driver Dean , very informative, friendly and who waited and communicated with us although our ship was late in disembarking . The caves were awesome , our tour guide was great ! Beautiful caves , well worth the trip!

My first visit to Bermuda - During my recent visit to Bermuda, I had the pleasure of opting for this tour (operated by Dean) and I must say, the service was outstanding. He's professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful, ensuring my first impression of Bermuda was a positive one. The taxi was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making the ride enjoyable. He's skilled and knowledgeable about the best routes to avoid traffic, but he also acted as informal tour guide, sharing interesting facts about Bermuda’s history, culture, and landmarks along the way. This added a delightful personal touch to my journeys and enriched my overall experience. Additionally, the people in Bermuda were friendly and engaging.

Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo, Crystal Caves Tour - We enjoyed the Aquarium and Zoo, the Crystal Cave was amazing. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, told us many interesting things about the island of Bermuda, was friendly and extremely personable. He was easy to find at the appointment time and was there early as were we. A most enjoyable afternoon I highly suggest to those visiting Bermuda!

Beautiful and worth the stairs - Absolutely beautiful! Worth walking all the way back up! If you have trouble with stairs, this may not be a good spot for you, but if you can do it, it is so beautiful! The tour guide was wonderful! Interesting story and pretty grounds, as well.

Definitely worth visit aquarium experience fantastic - Lovely experience being able to see the underwater world of the reef. You get up really close with the animals in the zoo which a used by schools to teach children .

Beautiful caves...feels rushed - Beautiful caves, interesting history but tours are pretty dense in certain areas and you wait for other tours to finish (one way in, one way out). Great experience but be prepared to be clustered.

Chaos and Beauty - We were greeted at the designated meeting place by our driver/guide. We had a group of 8 people from our cruise ship in a mini bus that seated 20, so no problems with seating. Our group had 3 stops on our itinerary: the Bermuda aquarium, the Ocean Discovery Center and the Crystal Caves. Six of the eight were going to the Ocean Center and the caves. The other 2 were going to the aquarium and the caves. The driver seemed to have the logistics in order. After about 45 minutes, the mini bus started to smoke, so we pulled over and exited the bus. A replacement bus and driver were called. After waiting about 10 minutes, the replacement arrived. We arrived at the Ocean Center, but the driver had no clue about tickets (we prepaid] or the visit to the aquarium. We all got off the bus and entered the center. The very nice lady at the center and made a call and arranged for all of us to visit the center even though we didn’t have tickets. The 2 who were supposed to go to the aquarium agreed to skip that and just visit the Ocean Center, which was excellent. By this time, the original driver returned and paid for the tickets. We then travelled to the caves which were awesome. Nice venues but terrible logistics. Total time about 4 1/2 hours.

Cave and our guide...thumbs up. Zoo/aquarium not worth it - Michael, our guide made our experience worthwhile. He was entertaining and provided many interesting facts. The caves were a natural wonder. I was very disappointed with the aquarium and the zoo conditions for the animals were inadequate. We were rushed so had little time to explore.

Overpriced and disappointing tour. - We were told we would be picked up at the pier. Prior to the tour, we received an email saying we would meet at a restaurant in town, about a 5 minute walk. Doesn't sound too bad, but I have sciatica and it was very uncomfortable to walk into town. We were waiting for our tour bus when a taxi pulled up and asked if we were on this tour. There was only one other couple on the tour and we can understand why you chose to book us with a taxi vs. a tour bus. The other guy had knee surgery on both knees and he could not get into the third row of the taxi so we sat there. It was very uncomfortable and we could not hear anything the driver was telling us. We enjoyed the aquarium, but the main reason we booked this tour was because it included the Crystal Caves and that was very disappointing. We spent most of the time walking down into the cave and coming back up. We had to wait for the group in front of us to return before we could go anywhere. Then, we walked across a floating walkway to the back of the cave, which wasn't long. The tour guide was speaking and answering questions (I think), but those of us in the back could not hear what he was saying. We only stayed a few minutes, hardly enough time to enjoy the beauty of the cave and take photos, before we had to leave as there was another group waiting. The tour description said "Caves", but we only went into one. We have been on Viator tours in the past and this one was the most disappointing we have taken. Fortunately, the driver who was friendly, did take us back to the pier where our ship was docked. It is not worth the cost and we could not recommend it to anyone. Because of this experience, we would hesitate booking with Viator again.
