Review for Cyclexperience Ltd (Brockenhurst) - We recently hired bikes from Cyclexperience Ltd in Brockenhurst for a cycling adventure in the New Forest, and we couldn’t be happier! The team was friendly and organized, making the bike rental process seamless.
As a family with two kids, we took a leisurely 25 km ride, and the bikes were comfortable and in great condition. The scenic trails were perfect for families, and we loved every moment of our ride.
If you’re looking for a hidden gem for bike hire, Cyclexperience is the place to go. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a fun outdoor experience! We can't wait to return for more cycling adventures!

Excellent day out on bikes in the New Forest - My daughter and I had a wonderful day out on the comfort bikes. We felt as always very well looked after by the team at Cyclexperience. We got 2 excellent clean bikes, rucksacks, locks, helmets and everything we needed, including maps and details of their useful App. We received very friendly advice and help. All in all, it was a real success

Fun but firm ride. - Rode for 2.5 hours, from Brockenhurst to The Oak at Bank and back. The App recommended by Cyclex was very good.
Can't fault Cyclex but a couple of observations.
1. I rarely cycle for more than 30 minutes at a time and when I do, it's my bum that aches long before muscles or lungs. Can't bigger/soft seats be the norm?
The "gravel" in the New Forest (actually stones of various shapes and sizes on a sold base), allied to the "solid" tyres (pneumatic but very pumped up) results in shocks passing up through the handlebars and seat; again, not comfy.

Awesome service - Awesome, friendly service, great bikes and so helpful on routes. Highly recommend for bike hire for a great day out at the new forest.

Would definitely recommend! - Cyclexperience staff were really helpful and well organised and supplied us with good quality bikes. We downloaded the app to give us suggested routes which were easy to follow and means you can choose a route to suit the needs of your group.
I would thoroughly recommend Cyclexperience - we had a very good day out so thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful relaxing bike trip - Brilliant service. The bikes were ready when we arrived, all the staff very friendly and we had a beautiful bike trip today.

Great day cycling and e-biking - Fifth time we have booked bikes and e-bikes from New Forest Cycle experience. Great bikes, slick collection and drop off, very friendly and helpful staff, and loads of parking- they do everything other than pedsl the bile for you
